If I could give them zero stars I would. HORRIBLE experience tonight. Went out tonight for my sisters birthday and trying to meet up with like 30 people. The four of us get there at 9:30 ( super early I know) we get there and first there is a $10 cover charge. Are you kidding me? Then they only take cash at the door. Ummm its 2017 ok but there is an ATM right there which they point out. We proceed to put in the card and pin and it says "processing" and spins for like 5 minutes while the 3 girls and 3 security guys working the door stand there and look annoyed while they waited for me to get cash. Obviously the ATM isnt working so finally one of the girls comes over and unplugs it. They tell us to try again so We stand there for another 10 minutes while it tries to. It back up. Eventually they wave my cover but everyone else had already paid. We finally get back to the bar where we immediately order drinks and open a tab. We are literally the only people in the place. So we find some seats and sit down to wait for the rest of our party and more people to show up. A bar tender walks up to us to let us know that where we were sitting was reserved. Again, ONLY PEOPLE HERE, so we move to the stand up tables. Oh yeah... I forgot to mention, there is literally no sitting tables you can sit at without "renting" it. Anyways... back to the standup tables where we finish our drinks and realize the table is really wobbly and unstable so we move over to the next one. Same thing, about this time the waitress comes back over so we order more drinks. She is gone for about 5 minutes... (still no other paying customers) comes back and advises us that we will need to go close our tabs our at the bar and reopen them with her. Oh we closed our tabs out all right. Walks to keys on Main where we took up 5 tables and spent literally hundreds of dollars without incident. We will NEVER go back. AWFUL customer service. Not a good way to treat literally the only people spending money in your establishment.

Extremely dissapointing. Ive been attending events and working closely with the staff of Hotel/Elevate for many many years. A close friend suffered a traumatic experience at the Hotel when she was attacked. A short while after, there was a confrontation between her attacker and some us who know and love this girl. The management at Hotel/Elevate know us well. And if there were to be any problems as a result of the confrontation, we expected some mutual respect and honesty in their treatment of us. We had arranged an event 3 weeks later, to bring in about 40 of our visiting friends from out of state. About 5 hours before we were all due to arrive, Chad, the manager, called and told us we were no longer welcome because of the confrontation weeks earlier; forcing us to find a different venue at the last minute. The manipulation, dishonesty, and maliciousness behind this decision and the treatment of our so-called friends and colleagues was ridiculous, and I expected better of these men whom I have worked closely with for years. If there was a problem, it could have been addressed and handled discreetly, right after it actually happened. To intentionally wait until the day of our event to decline us access, was a huge display of cowardice and a very poor business decision. Meanwhile, our friends attackers, who were carrying guns and provoked the confrontation, are still welcome at Hotel/Elevate. Myself and my friends will never visit, or do business, with this club again. I would strongly recommend visiting other clubs in Salt Lake with your friends and the people you care about.

Utah! This is as close to LA nightlife as it gets. I ordered a round for my party and the bartender have me the tab and I almost fell out of my amazingly cute heels..so cheap!! I like this about partying in Utah. Whats even better is that they are constantly throwing huge parties and concerts. The first time I got table service there my bottle-server was named Ambur, she was quick efficient and explained the Utah liquor laws and cracked a few jokes. She was sweet, the music was fun and the building is huge with so many different floors and décor styles. I brought my sister, best friend, cousins, and later suggested my father host a company party in their whiskey bar.yeah..i love this place, then again, of course I would I love the nightlife.

One of my favorite places to go out in Salt Lake City!! They are actually two different clubs. The Hotel Nightclub - Three levels and three different dance floors each night each with differing music. Club Elevate - More of an urban feel with exposed brick and a big dance floor with a stage in front. Some nights the two are connected in the back by a hallway. Elevate just started doing electronic music nights (Im obsessed with EDM) on Thursday nights and the cover is free until 11 (which is awesome for a college student like me)! Drinks prices arent bad and theres always fun people to meet. Also, their Facebook is updated frequently so if you want to know whats going on for a certain night, thats the best place for info.

Fun place to go with friends, its a little small inside the main dance area. The entrance and hallway are a little dated, could use a refresh. They have a great smoking section, with seating (believe it or not other places dont have that). There is VIP seating available, but there are better places to spend your money. This place is worth a visit, and Ive always had a good time. However, the last time I was there my friend ended up in the hospital and needed surgery. I wouldnt rate their security very high.

Hey Club Elevate, have you ever heard of AC units? My wife and I with a group of friends decided to check it out for our first time and none of us were able to dance longer than an hour due to the heat. It was so hot and humid. Everyone you touched was sweaty and looked like they just had came out of a sauna. I dont know maybe you should name it the sauna room. P.S. one little fan by the entrance is not enough to cool down a whole club. #clubelevateyourcoretemperature

My favorite place to go any day of the week! Great food, drinks, music, and events all for a reasonable price. They recently updated parts of the venue into a full-time restaurant, so you dont have to party on an empty stomach :) With various floors and four different rooms there is something for everyones liking. The Hotel Lobby The Barrel Room The Opium Loung Elevate Their Facebook page is updated frequently, so you will be sure to find an event attend.

Great music, great dance floor, great drinks but OH MY F@*&ING GOD IT was soooooo hot!!! I asked if they even had the AC going and they told me they did but it didnt work well. They also said theyd open the side doors to get some air coming in and that never happens. I dont think Id go back unless they fix the AC problem. It was so uncomfortable to be there. Its really too bad!! I hope they fix it because the DJwas awesome!!
