In your quest to find a decent soccer development club for your youth, you always hear of the horror stories of politics in youth soccer, but once you actually experience it first hand, (and you will for sure at LaRoca), its actually quite frightening, unbelievable and disturbing. The core MO of LaRoca does not focus whatsoever on individual team or player development but team stacking premier teams and starting those premier players to guest play on other teams in order to maintain a competitive presence in the UYSA (the club director told me himself that player development is not a priority, and our U12 coach advised that he does not understand the meaning of customer service) and the effect of such culture breeds parent and player entitlement to where every player and parent thinks they are the sole core player of the team and that every one else is there to support them. Dont expect the director or anyone in the staff to receive or manage complaints professionally as their philosophy is to ignore and hope it goes away. Unless you are an arrogant, entitled individual La Roca is not the place for your young soccer player. I hope this is helpful in making a better decision that we made.

La Roca has great ownership with many years of experience. All of the coaches that we have had experiences with have been incredible. Very knowledgeable and passionate for the game of soccer.
