First off I made a tee time for 7:30, the person I talked to failed to tell me that they dont open until 8. They didnt have the carts out until almost 8:30. So after an hour of waiting with our foursome, it was time to tee off. Only one problem, the sprinklers were still on in the first fairway. We waited a bit thinking they would get turned off. They didnt. We figured we could drive past them and play through, so thats what we did. Pulled up to the second tee box, and the sprinklers were on. Not in the fairway, but on the box and the green. So we decided to head to the pro shop to see if we could get them turned off so we could play. Mind you its almost 10:00 oclock now and we had a tee time at 7:30. After asking to get the sprinklers turned off, a man came out to the tee box and aggressively asked "do we have a problem here?" I said, "isnt it obvious?" He then literally tried to physically fight us! The entire foursome! Needless to say, he didnt get far with that. Threatening to beat us up and kick us off with no refund. Ive been a golfer for 25 years and have played all across the country. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism in my life! I would never recommend that anyone play this crap course. Bad service, horribly taken care of, and threats against your life!!! This place should be turned into apartments or something.

The PTSD Retreat

Older, with a bit of history, this is a 9 hole course, Par 5, with a small driving range. The bar is well stocked and the view is pretty. The people who work here treat everyone like family and the service is great. Careful for the occasional wildlife. Each time I have been there, a herd of deer is somewhere on the course, or a family of geese, babies in tow. Adds to the charm. This year they had the "First Annual Phuk-It Golf Party", with rules that were hilarious. Looking forward to the next golf party. Definitely a great little local course for the everyday, laid-back person.

This golf course has come such a long way! Not only is it a nice golf course, but the people who work there are AMAZING! We just moved away from Magna, but you better believe Ill be going back there, JUST to visit this place. :) They are fair priced in golf and beer, even though they struggled for a long time it didnt change how they treat their customers. LOVE this course.

I played this course last Friday (7/4). I was pleasantly surprised and it turned out to be that "hole in the wall" golf course. Well maintained and decent rates made this a course Id visit again. My only complaint was the location lacked an exit due to road construction on the north and a holiday parade on the south.

Good price for 18 holes. You dont have to rush through like some courses because its one of those best kept secrets golf courses. The course has all difficulties levels. The staff is friendly and familiar.

Great value for money an old historic course from the 19 thirties but surprisingly long both par fives over 500 yards small crown greens make it challenging course well worth the drive out to play
