This venue and its staff are HORRIBLE!!! Upon arrival, we were told that we were in "standing room only", which we were fine with, but the door guy, after taking our money, rudely ordered us to "stay out of the way of the wait staff!" Sometime later, after calming down a bit, I attempted to order a hamburger and asked for bacon. The waitress informed me that they did not have bacon and I therefore asked if they could put some pepperoni on it, as I knew they served pizza. The waitress responded, "this is not a restaurant and we dont take special orders." The last straw came a short time later, when a male waiter, for the third time, used his forearm to direct me out of his way, without first attempting to ask me to move, saying excuse me or anything!! I immediately stopped him, told him I didnt appreciate being "pushed" out of the way and asked that he just say excuse me or ask that I step out of his way. His response? "If you dont like it, you can just leave." Well, we did. Me and the rest of our 12 person party, left and spent our money elsewhere. The result of my experience at this place is that I will never return, of course, and being that my profession (Law Enforcement) allows me to speak with hundreds of people in a given shift, I will definitely be spreading the word that Main Street Crossing should be avoided at all costs. Spend your money some place that values their patrons and knows something about customer service!!

Saw almost endless summer here, they were an amazing band, really sweet nice guys whom played FABULOUS music. I wish there was a dance floor in this place, because I just couldnt stand still with such great music. I was respectful and stopped dancing each time someone had to pass I moved out of the way, and the waitstaff didnt seem to mind as long as I stayed respectful. Some of the clientele were cool, but some gave me a very bad look even when I gave them a huge smile and moved out of the way for them to pass, making me feel like maybe some of the clientele may be too stuffy for me, not to mention I was the ONLY one who danced :( YOLO guys... if a great band is playing awesome music, dancing shouldnt be a sin... However, on the upside, I was able to order a pizza that was pretty good and a bottle of wine that I got to take home. It seems like this is the place to go if you can stay in your seat while a great band plays. I cant... so I guess Ill have to see these guys in Galveston next time

This is a very cool music venue. i think the artists love it, too. The patrons actually respect the music and there is little or no talking during the performances. CHEAP prices and there is not a bad seat in the house. Very intimate.The food is minimal but i have not had a meal that was not very good.i almost hate to share because i dont want anyone getting my premium seat. :)

Dont bother coming during a live show. Service is sub par. The beer is way over priced and they tried to kick us out for talking at our table quietly amongst ourselves during a live show. Pretty ridiculous for a concert at a bar. 1/5, do not recommend unless you plan on coming to a bar and not talking to your friends and having a couple beers.
