While I have been to Firehouse Saloon for a few concerts over the years, Ive never interacted with them from a professional standpoint. Our company was looking for a venue to host a semi-private event, and Firehouse Saloon was definitely a good choice. As soon as I contacted someone from the website requesting more information, Kim was my dependable point of contact. The timeliness of her responses was very much appreciated as we were on a little bit of a time crunch for this event. She was informative, patient with all of my questions, and flexible in terms of offering different dates of availability. These positive characteristics as well as the commitment to customer service are important to me as I have seen plenty of people and places of business in the entertainment industry lose potential profit because of their entitled attitudes or lack of professionalism. Thanks Kim & Firehouse Saloon - look forward to working with you again in the future!

WE HAD MY HUSBAND, TOM BARTAS, RETIREMENT PARTY AT THE FIREHOUST SALOON 2/28/15. HE RETIRED FROM HFD, SERVING THE CITY OF HOUSTON FOR 35 YEARS. WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HAVING HIS RETIREMENT PARTY AT THE FIREHOUSE SALOON. THE OWNER TOM AND HIS STAFF ARE REALLY FRIENDLY AND WANT YOU AND YOUR GUESTS TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING US IN SETTING UP THE PARTY AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS LIKE WE WANTED IT. THE BARTENDER WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!! IT WAS AN EXCELLENT DAY, AND TOPPED OFF WITH MY HUSBAND GETTING INTERVIEWED ON THEIR OWN RADIO STATION THERE IN THE SALOON - BADLANDS RADIO. IT WAS A VERY SPECIAL DAY. THANK YOU FIREHOUSE SALOON.

Had always heard about the Firehouse Saloon, so when on vacation in Houston decided to check it out. Was not disappointed. Really friendly staff, nice and strong Jack n Coke. I love live music and hear a lot of it. Both of the bands were top notch, and the sound was unbelievable - great mix, abled to hear all the instruments and vocals, and crisp and clean. The volume was perfect! This place is a honky tonk, so its not high class décor and modern spotless bathrooms. For me, that wouldnt feel right, but the Firehouse did. Id be back in a heartbeat!

The firehouse saloon is a fantastic venue to host your upcoming event. We hosted our Valentines Lock and key Event at the firehouse Saloon on Feb 11, 2017, and the venue and staff showed us a really good time. Our guest really enjoyed themselves and had positive reviews about the firehouse saloon. The icing on the cake came about when the firehouse saloon hired a dancing instructor to compliment out event. Almost all our guest participated and had a great time and we will definitely be doing business with the firehouse saloon soon!

Had an AWESOME time at the Firehouse last weekend to see Cody Canada and The Departed! Drove 4 hours for the concert and decided to call ahead to check wheelchair accessibility. Kim was a tremendous help. Treated like VIPs the whole night. Great venue with the radio station right there, too! Fun setting with true "firehouse" decor (took me a while to look up at all the items hanging from the ceiling!) Thanks again, Kim, for making our night out in Houston a great experience!!

Definitely not the Firehouse of yesteryear. I saw Earl Thomas Conley, John Conlee, and Roger Creager here years ago. I checked the schedule tonight, "Mystery Dinner Theater"???, Really? Who the heck is gonna pay 50 clams for an unknown artist and questionable food? Then pay for drinks on top of that? How about a $20 steak night and just tell me who the heck is playing? Seems like management has gone south. Firehouse, just do what you use to do, the location is great.

Was a pretty cool place....nice venue for live music. My main complaint was the rude bar staff...at one point I felt invisible, stood there waving my wallet trying to get a beer as other people who just walked up were served over and over as I stood there patiently waiting. At the front bar there was a 50 something year old male bartender who just needs to be fired...Complete A-hole.....other then that, was a great place...nothing really special but cool nonetheless.

Definitely one of the few clubs in town where I didnt have to worry about my car (well-lit parking lot and security). Saw Sheila Marshall followed by Bart Crow (Bart and Sheila even sang one together) and they rocked the house! Decent bar, good sound, ample dance floor and plenty of fun. Highly recommend a visit.

Really love this place. We have been there several times for events and just to listen to some good music and drink cold beer. Staff is amazing and accommodating. Amazing customer service. We plan on going back to more up coming events. The Fire House Saloon is a true HIDDEN GEM

We had our holiday party here last year and it was BY FAR the most fun year yet! So much so that were doing it here again this year! The prices are very reasonable and everyone is so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended for a fun night any time of the year!!

We had our BOYS OF SUMMER show here in Summer 2016... .Place was great... Lots of room and had a real "Texas Vibe" we were looking for on our Houston tour stop. Staff was very helpful... Room was very large. Looking forward to returning again!

I had not been here in about 6 years, sure has changed. They just do not have the great bands playing here anymore. I saw Randy Rogers, Roger Creager and other great bands here years ago. Great layout, just wish they had better bands.

I can hardly say this the BEST sandwich in my life and the stuff is nice too,I like the idea to pay a little extra for donating money to our brave firefighters
