DIDNT EVEN GET TO SEE THE ARTIST I PAID FOR PERFORM. The bouncer unjustly kicked me and my husband out (common law over 3 years & we live together) because Im over 21 and got him a drink. This is legal in Texas but he wouldnt listen to me/kept saying it was illegal. I never cause trouble (I have squeaky clean background) and even asked if he could just confiscate the alcohol since were were being peaceful but he was a real douche and forced us out. My husband didnt even get to drink the beer I paid for since he took that too and the artist we paid to see hadnt even been on stage yet so I wasted $45. My first and LAST show here. Bouncers are for assholes that fight or make the environment unsafe/unpleasant. Terrible experience.

Went here for the choking victim show and I couldnt hear the opening band the starving wolves despite being right in front of the guy when they played. Was able to barely hear him when he stopped to speak to the crowd but when the band played their instruments I couldnt hear a word he said (his mic screwed up a couple times so Idk if it was just on their part). Please fix this bc other than that the place was super neat and the staff were super friendly. Would come back despite the sound issues bc the events they have their are awesome and prices are not bad at all

Ive never had a problem with the staff. Good shows. Downsides: the main restroom is nasty. They need to scrub that mens restroom of that god awful piss stench (it is a venue, so maybe Im asking for too much?). Another negative is the acoustics. I will say that before the "improvements", the main and basement stage sounded like garbage; it had some of the worst sound Id ever heard. Now, the basement sounds noticeably better but the main stage needs a lot of work still, a lot! Shout out to Brokenboard Productions for booking some solid shows.

Alot of Young people that are 18 to 21 at least the two shows that Ive been too The sound equipment is bad No justice for Some Bands The bar is really limited on what you can order hopefully they have what your drinking the best part about this place is that they support there local bands that are coming up or just want to entertain not to mention they did have This one guy with a huge smoker his Tacos Are Bomb shout Out to that man......

REAGAN RESETAR

Im putting a one because the sound guy treated everyone I was with, including myself, badly. Everyone only had five minuites to do soundcheck and we got in about ten minuites before the whole show started. The crew was non professional and the sound guy walked off during my performance and didnt come back until the last 30 seconds of my song. I was not happy.

This place hosts some awesome shows but its WAY too small for the crowd it attracts. The humidity from all the bodies will eventually cause condensation on the cieling and it will begin raining sweat. Its pretty gross, but sometimes great concerts outweigh this con

Unprofessional and rude. Went to see a band play, sound system didnt work properly the first two sets. Employee put his hands on a young girl and cursed at her for breaking an unposted rule. Wont ever go back to this dump.

Here is an old building that used to be a cabaret. It has a main stage on the ground floor and a a dive stage down in the basement. Plenty of great parking downtown San Antonio by the Riverwalk and the Greyhound station.

lol first time here was in highschool, just snuck in for the first time (wont say how) - place has dope memories, always some cool performances as well. It does get hot its like a threshold of funk, but totes worth it.

The acoustics are horrible. If they can afford great art work on the outside they can invest in sound panels inside. Good bands go there but i just pass because of tin can echo that makes it unplesant.

The sound quality is terrible at the venue. The echoing of the music on in the open concrete building makes it extremely difficult to hear vocals. Can comment on food/drinks, only went for a concert.
