Worst experience with a music store ever. Tried to tell me the rainsong ws-1000 is $3800 new. They are at every music store around for $2500. Brand new. Told me I was a rude cowardly bully when I offered them $1350 (as a starting point for an 11 year old used one with no case or original paperwork). Will never ever do any business with this company. Other models of this guitar listed on Reverb are priced at a higher price than this one is priced. But to offer 2/3 of the asking price is an insult. The other listed on the site are priced higher than this one. Your offer is far from reasonable. I do not accept your apology. Inferring that I am cheating anyone is beyond the pale. To criticize and make accusations against someone you know nothing about it extremely rude. We are the biggest supporters of musicians in our community and the services and support that we offer local musicians is something you dont find other places. Did you go to all of other people listing these guitars for $2500 + and make that ridiculous offer to them? If you had been in my store and acted this way, youd have been escorted out, Take your snarky attitude and your insulting offer and run along. Easy for you to sit behind a computer and spew hate. You have no idea who we are or what were about. The way you have handled this from the get-go was out of line. DID you go to the other folks who have this same guitar, listed at a higher price than ours, and give them the same treatment????? Did you accuse them of cheating people??? Id guess not. Your first reply to me was in an email that said that my offer was unreasonable. I simply replied to that no more or less rude than your first reply. But somehow you have imagined in your head some kind of tone which I even apologized for. Youve called me rude, snarky, cowardly and on and on. I never ever tried to threaten you or your business to lower your price. Not even once. All these thing youve imagined starting from some superimposed "tone" you got from a written message. The best part is all this is documented. Report me all you want. After all your rudeness and name calling I pulled up your store and thought about writing a review. Decided not too and closed the browser, because I wanted to contact Rainsong first and make sure.
