I enjoyed hanging with these guys, who were all Very polite...He taught me how to use my new device, and mixed several flavors till he got one that I like! Then he put together the new device I liked & bought, & he filled it up for me...he even made me a custom mouthpiece, after listening to all I said about not liking the lil short ones that come on the devices...We had a few laughs & I left their shop feeling good about my visit & my purchase! :-) This will be the only place I go from now on!

Set in the lobby for 10 minutes without anyone coming out to even greet us. At least 2 employees in the store. We called them while in the lobby and they said they would be out in a minute. Q0 min its later no one still came out. We will never go back. Horrible customer service!!!

Unprofessional staff. Juice isnt the best and the Tyler area has better juice. The owners wife is very rude and not the best to look at. So sad some many other business are so much better than this hole in the wall.
