The owners wife banned me for life because I asked her if I had done something to offend her. I wanted to know why the last 3 times I had come to Kicks she was rude to me. Why I thought we could talk it out is so confusing to me now because I really understand that she is a rude hateful lady that has zero people skills or customer service knowledge. Im looking forward to the place getting new owners who appreciate the people who spend their money in this establishment.

9 out of 10 times we come here the staff (waitresses & bartenders) act like 1. Theyre better than us, 2. Theyre miserable assholes who seem to not want to be here, or 3. They have no time for us while there are 2 people at the bar. If youre looking for a venue with great live music and dancing, this is your place, just dont expect friendly service.

If you want to be harassed, aggressively attacked verbally, told "they will be waiting for you by your car" later that night to do something to you. Objectified because youre a woman. Told to leave by owners (after they high-fived harasser) bc you defended yourself. By all means go to this disgusting, unsafe environment.
