So this was the worse experience in my life and never again will spend my money to come to any event held at this stadium! We had lost our keys ( yes our fault) but come on now lets be honest how many people misplace things! My husband runs down to the entrance where the metal detectors are stationed and kindly asked the same gentleman that welcomed us in the park! This man describes our keys and keychains on the set that was lost! He walked my husband over to the booth in the ford entrance and said sir this is where I turned your keys in! Have in mind NO ONE is now in this booth! So we were told to go see guest services on the opposite side of the building! We walk over and experience the WORSE customer service ever received! We were treated like a number and not a person with and concern or issue with our personal belongings! Guest services did not have he keys and then directed us to the security office which again is on the opposite side of the building, they have not seen the keys and told my husband to wait an hour and to go back to guest services! So we did just that and each persons at the guest service on field level section 130 and 121 had the most disrespectful people who work for NRG and it would have been shameful to the CEO of this company and shameful that theyre wearing this brand and advertising some of the WORSE customer service! The people ignored our concern and while in mid sentence to them they cut us off and start helping people behind us! Finally after having enough I just walked away! We ended up going down to security and these were the ONLY people willing to go above and beyond to help us! Each of these lovely people deserve a 5 star rating! The lady who was so kind enough to walk down to the entrance with us to check the booth for our keys! They were not in there however, so my husband and the security officer walk over to the greeters at the ford entrance and this idiot made a joke towards my husband and thought this was a laughing and funny matter! Again another NRG employee, after being a smartass...he walks to the booth and stands outside of the locked door and insisted on helping another customer and ignored us! As were standing so patiently after being treated like crap and walking 15 miles, a random very random young man walks over and hands us our keys! Seriously what in the hell was the guy doing with my keys in his pockets for 2 hours!? I am not assuming anything but he didnt address the security officer or the other man but yet pulls us off to the side! NRG HR, President, Vice President, CEO, Public Relations- you need to really evaluate who you hire on to your company! You really need to go over basic customer service fundamentals, you need to go over basic security measures and realize that every JOB you have to do things you dont like but that doesnt mean you show laziness and pass off the ball!

"Beyonce: The Formation World Tour 2016" I had recently attended a concert here at the NRG Stadium. And where do i begin? Driving upon the stadium you can see the stadium is huge in size and looks really nice. We had stayed in a nearby hotel and walked to the stadium which was about a 5 - 10 minute walk. We had no problems walking to and from the stadium, except for about 2 homeless men asking for money at a bus stop.. but not much bother there. It was really easy getting into the stadium with a simple scan of your ticket, a walk through the Metal Detector and a ride up the nearby escalator. The staff at the concession stands were really friendly and liked joking about the over priced popcorn and soda they sell. The Merchandise/T-Shirt booth was decent, not too long of a wait in line except for the fact that they had ran out of bags to put the items in and rubber bands to keep the posters rolled up. But now unfortunately we get to the actual inside of the stadium.. Walking past the black curtains you see rows upon rows upon rows of seats, and this is where the stadium goes bad. Walking down the narrow stairs and walkways to your seat is a nightmare! there are people rushing you, bumping into you and others pushing you to walk faster! and once you get to your seat you realize how uncomfortable and close the actual seats are. You have no elbow room or arm rest! You feel like Sardines all squished together touching each other! My mother was on the end of the row and as people would keep walking up and down the Narrow stairway, she would get hit, bumped into and her feet stepped on! These seats in the stadium are just too close and crammed together in my opinion. It makes it super uncomfortable and really hard to enjoy the Concert/Event that is going on.. Especially when there are people repetitively hitting you with their elbows and stepping on your feet! But other then the seating situation.. It was a really Amazing and Enjoyable concert to attend! and if Beyonce decides to return to the NRG Stadium once again, We will most definitely be attending.

NRG employees will steal your souvenirs. I attended the circus with my two small children. I purchased dinner tickets. These tickets are seated at a table on a riser in the front row. I am one adult with a 1year old that barely walks and a four year old. I purchased additional souvenir cup drinks ($12lemonade and $12 snow cone). I had food that my children had not finished eating. I also had our picture in a souvenir frame. My son had not put his shoes back on yet from jumping in the bouncy castle at intermission. Now he has to go to the bathroom. It is a very long flight of stairs from the front row floor to the bathroom, and even more difficult since you cannot take a stroller or any type of baby carrier in the seating area. I left our items at our table. (Thank God I took my wallet and phone.) Seriously, its the VIP dinner experience. No one is allowed in that area without a VIP ticket and there were only 3 other families at least10 seats away in either direction. Upon our return to our seats, all of our items were gone. I began looking under seats, under tables , in front of the riser, behind the riser. The entire time several employees who had been at the food station the entire time (since before the circus started) said nothing. The circus was now just ending but no one in the area we were sitting in had got up to leave yet. I began asking them if theyhad seen anyone take our items. Finally the employees cut me off and produced our cups that they emptied and rinsed out and our frame with the picture removed, the picture was completely separated from the frame. I then asked about my sons shoes which another employee in another section had taken and hidden behind some seating. Like really? Do you really think a single mother of two would pay $24 for drinks and just leave them full. I am super mad. This is not the first time NRG employees have ruined an event for my family. It is the last time. We will never return for any event at any time. It is too overpriced and then to be stolen from as well. Super dissatisfied and disappointed.
