Love to tailgate Razorback Games, Salt Bowl, and enjoy DCI and other High School Band Comps. While Guns and Roses was the best concert I have seen in years the way the stadium managed the crowd was horrible. We were there at 2 for tailgating the man directing us to park on the golf course told us we could park in a specific spot because of a special need. One lady was very nice and said go ahead when we told her the man gave us permission but after we had parked got everything set up a different parking attendant came from the complete other side and made a scene with the nice lady accusing her of making up her own rules. We intervened and explained to her that the man at the front taking the money gave us permission. She was some sort of control freak that seemed to just want to stir up something because instead of just leaving it at that she went to the man and caused a scene with him. He then came over and said he guesses we need to move because his employees were upset that he let us skip 2 spots. We ended up paying 20 to park in a spot we couldnt even fit our tailgating gear. Then the way they had the lines set up made you miss the first part of the concert even after being in line an hour early in the heat.

If I were rating the concert itself (Guns N Roses), I would give it a 5, hands down. My 3 star rating is for the wait to get inside and the parking situation. There were hundreds of people trying to get in through two lines! We had to stand outside in the blazing sun for over an hour and some people were there longer than us that would make it to the front of the line only to be told they were in the wrong line and had to go back and find where they were supposed to be, but there were no knowledgeable staff to tell where that place was. Parking, one word, RIDICULOUS! Well, I could think of a few more words for the parking situation, but wont get into that. The parking or should I say, lack of parking, caused us to make the decision to use Uber for the first time and now will be our last time to use Uber. The ride there was fine, but trying to get an Uber after the concert was a complete and total nightmare! So please fix the freaking parking situation!

I see why this place is losing money and shows! First off the concession Stands are bu far the worst set up Ive ever see at a stadium, it almost like your at a Jr. High football game but thats giving them to much credit because Ive had more choices at Jr. High games! Second the seating is unrealistic, they are so close that if you 1 or 2 larger people it throws off the seating arrangements. In my opinion If you want more money/people then I suggest you start upgrading your establishment.

Had a great time at the Gun N Roses concert! Tickets were reasonably priced. Parking was a bit crazy, but it usually is at these sorts of things. However, even though only half the stadium had seating (due to the stage placement) they still ran out of toilet paper surprisingly early. Then the whole bathroom situation took a disgusting turn as many ladies were drunk and made bizarre choices. Moral- people can be gross and maybe take toilet paper to concerts

Cant smoke anywhere inside the fences as a mater of fact they make you take them to your car or throw them in the trash. There is no scanning out of the fence or hand stamps. Once in you are stuck. If you have floor seats dont buy the tall boy hugger they make you poor your beer into a cup. What a waste of $5.00. Go see your concert some where besides this stadium.

As a disabled veteran was treated horribly was getting over heated and the main gate security rental cop wouldnt let me find some where out of the heat, now for the part that turn the rest of my stay here for the DCI computation I got to meet John he was a Great blessing got me out of the heat and into the shade and got me some water

The Review

War Memorial is an amazing place to make a memory. One of my favorite moments was here when the miracle on Markham took place. The bowl setting makes War Memorial an absolute hostile environment for opposing teams to play in. Yes, seating could be addressed, but it should not ruin an experience. Amazing venue and getting better.

The seating it way too tight. Otherwise it is a great place. The last event I attended, the fire alarm went off which caused some issue. There was no cold water in the restroom so I had to wash hands is super hot water in a super hot bathroom on a super hot day. I thought I would pass out in there. It was not a good experience.

Went for the Guns N Roses concert on 8/6/17. This stadium is definitely behind all of the other venues Ive hit of late with bleacher seating, limited concessions, crowded walkways and parking was jammed for miles. We opted to park at a Wendys across the road for only $10. But the acoustics were great for a stadium show.

The security personnel would not help secure our seats. We had to leave the Guns n Roses concert during the 3rd song as I cannot stand for long periods of time due to a disability. We will not attend another concert at this venue.

Guns and Roses concert, would like to see more big acts perform but a little more help in the parking lot and gates to avoid confusion, not just on web site as there are alot of people that dont check websites

Was over priced and had to walk from one side of the stadium to the other just to gain entrance to watch a High School Marching Contest that was to critical for kids who practice a lot and performed their best

Cozy,spot to enjoy an event. wear sun block though the sun reflection off the seats is hard on ur skin. This is my 2nd time at stadium for a states high band school competition, and Ive always enjoyed it

I love working here because of the history but the venue is dated and will likely be used for smaller events than Razorback football in the near future. It was 25% empty for an opening night game.

A lot of memories here growing up but unfortunately the stadium is outdated and the seating is awful. 3 stars is giving credit for all my childhood memories or this would be probably 1 star

The concert was great but the two hours wait was horrible they didnt have enough doors open to match crowd size. The seats are very crowded and not enough beer stands.

Parking is a pain to find, be prepared to pay up to $50 for parking. Employees are pointless and no help. Other than that vreat experience watching the Hogs

I went to the Guns n Roses concert here the venue is very nice and we had easy access to our seats, but did not enjoy the hike from our car to the venue.

I grew up attending games and concerts at War Memorial. This is a great place, but the stadium needs to be upgraded and more events brought back to it.
