This place is HORRIBLE! I went there for WrestleMania and they had TINY signs for the clear bag policy. Luckily my boyfriend happend to stumble onto the policy online before we went but there were tons of people who had no idea. Because of this we had to go early and stand in line in the blistering florida sun for a couple of hours if we didnt want to miss the first part of the show. Instead of letting us wait in line with our drinks they hearded us unto the area next to the gate where we were only allowed to have an EMPTY water bottle. The empty water bottle is pointless because I did not see a single water fountain the entire night. They were not selling any drinks outside. We had ZERO access to any liquids. My friend passed out due to the heat and I ran to ask for a paramedic and the kid selling merch was more concerned about finishing his transaction than getting on the radio. When they FINALLY got on the radio, the person on the other end said "Im too busy to call a paramedic". It is camping worlds fault that my friend passed out and they cant even call for a paramedic?! We eventually did get him and got inside and water was $5 each. They do this crazy thing where they will not give you the bottle, the pour it out into a cup. So theyre wasting plastic, wasting time, and wasting our drinks because they spill easier this way. I saw some people getting caps and when I went to buy some water (which was warm I might as well have gotten it out of the tap) and food I asked for caps and they wouldnt give me one. Also the girl taking care of us spoke no english, her coworker had to translate. This place is incredibly disorganized and I did not feel at all safe, especially after knowing that they didnt care enough about the patrons to immediately call paramedics. That is unacceptable.

From the perspective of a wheelchair the experience was sub-par at best. We purchased advance handicap parking only to arrive and be turned away by police because the lot was full. We showed the parking pass, still turned away. We persisted and eventually got to the lot (lot 10) where the attendants worked to find us a spot that blocked traffic but worked. Getting inside was a nightmare as the masses of bodies were funneled into the gates. There was no dedicated space or line, which made it near impossible to navigate in a wheelchair. Once inside none of the staff seemed to be able to agree on where the elevator was, and it was not clearly visible. Eventually we got onto the level for our seating only to find that our seats had been given away. We were forced to sit further away from center field as the staff had allowed other wheel chars to park in our spot. On top of having to move further away from center field, we were made to scrunch 3 people into the space for 2 because a group of children had decided to walk up and stand in the wheel chair space. They were perfectly sized for their heads to block our view. We had to ask 2 different attendants to get the kids to move out of our seating space. The attendants job should be to make sure that only ADA ticketed folks and their guests are in the designated seating area. The attendants job should be to ensure that you sit in the spot you purchase tickets for. The parking should not be oversold - especially when you indicate that you NEED ramp access.

Recently I enjoyed my first time at this stadium since the refurbishment and I must say, Im impressed. Before the upgrades, this stadium always felt like a small college stadium in the downtown of a city. However, that small time feel is gone and theyve done a great job updating the fan experience. Theyve upgraded the entire lower levels and included great indoor and outdoor club areas. These areas will set you back a bit more, but theyre well appointed, open, and modern. Theyve also installed seats, where there use to be only benches, although it did look like the upper level still has benches. The seats seemed a bit more flimsy than most stadiums, but they provided good sitting area and decent leg room. The food was on par taste and price levels with most stadiums out there: expensive and average. But is there any stadium that you can find food on par with the Rainbow Room or Mortons ? I havent found it. The one gripe is that they should have upgraded the roads around the stadium too, they werent built to accommodate as many people as the stadium holds now. Out of more than 50+ stadiums Ive been to, this ranks up there with the worst for traffic flow, with 47,000 pouring into small two lane roads. Beyond the traffic patterns, this stadium provides a great experience with modern amenities fans have come to expect. I would highly recommend seeing an event here if youre visiting Orlando.

I dont have the option to give this dump zero stars, so I will have to give it a one. First of all, its a terrible location and the parking is an absolute joke. If you want to park at the stadium, you have to pay 50.00. But the 50.00 isnt worth it because you will be stuck for two hours trying to leave the event. If you want to park near the stadium, you can leave your car in the projects where they charge less money, but the likelihood of getting your car back without the windows busted out is slim to none. Secondly, its way disorganized and cannot handle huge events. The concession lines are atrocious. It will take you over an hour to get food and drinks for a big event. Oh, would you like a bottle of water? Well, they pour it for you in a cup and charge you 5.00. Would you like ice? Well forget it because they dont have ice because they pour all drinks from a bottle. The 4.50 hotdogs were good but theres only one tiny place to get condiments near each concession and they dont refill them. So you will eat your hotdog plain. all of the money Orlando gets from travel and tourism and this is the stadium they have? Its an embarrassment. I have no idea why they put all the work to clean it up when they should have just tore it down and built something new in a better location. Youre better off driving to Tampa.

We were in attendance for WrestleMania 33 in Orlando. We were not told about the "no purse" rule in advance. I was very disappointed in the time spent in line despite getting rid of everything. I felt WrestleMania 29 at MetLife Stadium checked pursues and backpacks much faster than the Camping World Stadium security. Camping World Stadium did not feel effective and efficient in their work being done. I also lost money in the Camping World Stadium and security did try to help and drove me around on a golf cart but I was confused by their words and actions. The supervisor told me he personally checked my area for the money in 210. Upon arriving to check myself another employee said "he never looked" and told me before taking me to my section that it was already clean. Well upon my arrival it wasnt clean at all and they told me the money was probably gone without assisting us to look for it. I asked about cameras in the area and I was told the stadium didnt have working cameras to see anything in my section 210. I was disappointed in losing which would have been prevented if we could used bags instead of leaving them in the car. I have more stories but I dont want to write every situation. I am disappointed by the customer service and security. Lesson Learned Camping World Stadium.
