Played it today, two weeks ahead of official Grand Opening on 6/30. All I can say is what a difference from the old Rockwood GC. No comparison. Excellent course conditions and the new routing is fantastic. Price cant be beat either. This is now the crown jewel of Fort Worths porfolio of public golf courses. Anxious now to see how Chester Ditto GC turns out.

Always my favorite course to play in Fort Worth. There is not a better quality for the price (pre demo), as of today 4/6/16, the course is torn up undergoing a complete renovation. The range is open as well as a par 3/soccer golf course. Cannot wait for whats to come with the added $ for the golf course. Looking forward to seeing the renovated rockwood.

Havent played here in about a year. Use to be a good course. Today the course conditions couldnt have been any worse. 5 fairways inder repair that havent been mowed in a month or two. The greens had 3 to 4 strips 3 feet wide of completely bare spots.

Played it today. Fantastic layout, course is in great shape, they have taken Rockwood from a goat ranch to one of the best public courses in the area. Hopefully they keep putting enough money into it to keep it in shape for the Texas summers

Played it 6/29. They have really turned this golf course around. Great layout,in great shape. As soon as people find out about the redo and how good it is this will be the busiest city course. Only thing the grill area needs to be better.

They really did a great jib renovating this course. Not the old flat piece of cake it used to be. Super challenging. Take plenty of golf balls if you are not a straight hitter. Those waste areas EAT GOLF BALLS

This place is wonderful now. I was able to play it today before the grand opening tomorrow and I was really impressed. It is nothing like it was. You need to come see what they have done. Impressive !!!!

This Will be a fun golf course to play as soon as the greens go through about 2 seasons Of punching and sanding. They also need to mow down the ankle to knee deep rough behind the greens.

The course is very nice .. greens and fairways are well done. There are some drainage issues .. there were a number of ponds formed in the fairways today after last nights rain.

Course was in great shape, actually give 4.5 stars. Plenty of water on the course, staff very helpful for our 1st time out after the redesigned course. I will b back for sure.

Fun to play. Beautiful layout with views of downtown Fort Worth skyline, Will Rogers and Trinity River. A must place if you like a great golf course and fair challenge!
