Stayed here for a conference. Granted the temperature this week was between 108° and 105°, but when we walking into our room around 5pm the room was at 77° and the temp was set to 53°. There were also 2-3 very large stains on the carpet that were not very nice to look at and made us question the cleanliness of the room. I assumed the air conditioner was just frozen so I turned it off for 15mins then set it back to 68° to cool the room off. I called the front desk before we left to eat, asking about the air conditioner and they said they would have maintenance look at it. My family (wife and 3yr old) and I got back to the room 3 hrs later after dinner and a meeting and the room was still around 77°, with a note saying it was working fine and they changed the filter. I called down to the front desk and the guy said it was a swamp cooler and it was just doing the best it could with 108° temps. I was not expecting swamp coolers in this quality of a hotel, but I know they have refrigerated air in the main lobby! Swap coolers? Really? I asked for another room and of course they were completely booked. I then asked for a fan to be sent to the room because the room was hot for me(much less my 3yr old daughter and wife). They said they would send one up. The fan never arrived that evening and it took until 3am before the room reached 73° enough for me to actually fall asleep after taking a cold shower to attempt to be remotely comfortable. (Btw: only like warm water, not really cold). I finally went down and picked up the fan myself for our second night and still no offer for a new room. I visited a few other rooms from friends and colleagues attending the same conference, and they had no problems with temps in their rooms and their rooms were actually much nicer with larger rooms and much newer furniture. I felt like a was being treated as a lower class and the hotel had much differing room qualities that you will probably never know about. Im not sure how to ask for a room with newer furniture and much more room and larger bathroom, but both of these rooms were the same cost and both a single king bed. I will not return and will ask for some kind of refund. It is obviously close to the airport and the food was not horrible (over priced, but typical of a hotel, but a hotel with this companies name, Ive come to expect better quality.

If I could give the no stars I would. Stayed at the hotel from 1-8 Jul 16. We called to find out the lay out of the room. We were told they had a full kitchen. We made a reservation. The day before our check in I called to confirm our reservation and turned out the rude lady that assisted us in making the reservations didnt actually make the reservation. Upon check in we discovered that the 5 people we made reservations for, only two of them get the breakfast buffet and the rest had to pay. Then we get to our room that had a "full kitchen" it was a wet bar. Not a full kitchen. When I talked to the manager the only assistance she wanted to provide was to comp my three children breakfast for just the next day. The room was out dated the shower door was broken and kept falling off the tracks, the room was definitely not worth the price they charged. The "water park" is A SLIDE. Which was only open at certain times Friday Saturday and Sunday. There was a height requirement which my kids didnt meet but we didnt know that until check in as well. So the water park they were so excited to use....well they couldnt. Now to top it off the hotel charged us for the stay on 11 Jul 16. We sign into our bank account today to find out the hotel has charged us again on 2 Aug 16 for unknown reasons. When I called to talk to a manager they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to find out the manager wasnt in so they were going to just leave me on hold. Horrible terrible experience. I would never recommend the hotel ever again. Please save yourself the heartache and trouble. Find somewhere else to stay.

Not worth the price unless you want to walk to the airport. Even then, its better to get a better hotel and a shuttle ride. Old building in need of updates and repairs. First thing, we couldnt find the place easily, it had poor instructions on how to find the main parking lot entrance, we had to call the desk and talk to someone. All they could say was "go to the airport". Once we got in, things steadily declined. Nasty stained tubs, my wife refused to get in. Broken tile on stink counters with sharp edges. After a long day of travel I desperate and braved the tub to find it to have poor drainage. With the drain fully opened, I was ankle deep in water before I could rinse the shampoo from my hair. Shower head had excessive buildup causing uncomfortable jets of water. And the shower curtain was the wrong size, leading to pools of water on the floor. Which is a safety hazard. This place still has those suicide clothes lines. I thought those death traps were outlawed. Tiny little beds, not great, but tolerable. Paper thin walls let you hear everything in a 3 room radius. Footsteps above come though like thunder. Not relaxing on the least. Why 2 alarm clocks? Apparently so one can go off at 4am. Completely ruining an already terrible nights sleep and the following morning. Couldnt even use the water slide. Its open 10-2. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. Perfect timing if they dont want to have people in it. Unless you are desperate, avoid this place. The reason I am giving it an extra star is it had a mini frig. Saved me from having to buy breakfast.

I am very disgusted with the experience I had with the Wydham hotel staff. They are a bunch of liars!!! ( Victor and John). Our son is 7 yrs old and woke up to find his racing quad, Trailer and our 2006 Ford pickup missing. We thought the worst. That our possesions had been stolen. All along the staff knew that they had our Vehicle towed without any notification. We arrived approximately around 10:30 Sat. Sept 26. to find no parkings due to a wedding reception. They only place we could park was next to another trailer. They had sufficent access to get out of their parking. When we advised them our vehicle was gone they played along that they did not know what had happened.

Room was very small, kids were running up and down the hallway screaming at 11 at night and then again at 8 in the morning. Bed was not made, towels not changed out, there was a bug in my room, and the pool area was chaos. The slide was not open during operating hours and lifeguards were very unprofessional. Kids were ruining in and out of the fitness center soaking wet trailing water everywhere. Water pressure sucks, and be prepared to stand in your own shower water while the drain vey slowly drains. Do not request an upper level room, its in another building with no opening windows or balcony. Positive side.. the bed comfort level was amazing!
