Forgot my Lounge Card, no problem...If I pay ouf of pocket my credit card credits me back for the card. Easy right? Nope! Proceeded to aquire a day pass which turned out to be Mission Impossible. I come to desk, ask to purchaes a day pass. "No problem sir let me check you in." Nope! Computer issues....Couldnt process payment. Reboot Computer, Same Issue. There was a gentleman (manager) who was too busy typing away sitting on his ass as I stand there for 20 min trying to check in. Lady in the middle was busy directing people coming into the lounge and quite busy. She tried to help at least but couldnt. I asked to manually process payment please. Manager is horrible and service was completly unprofessional. You all stood there like Deers in headlights with no ability to help me. Why do you all even have jobs if something like this comes up and you have no idea what to do? Needles to say I walked to the Admirals Club and enjoyed my 7 hour layover there.

I am not a frequent flyer so I decided to treat myself this time. $36 seemed steep but I had a very long layover and was told that snacks and adult beverages are included in the price. By adult beverages they mean a Jack and Coke that has less alcohol than my mouthwash. The snacks were a joke. Nothing I experienced made it worth anywhere close to the money I paid. I couldnt get any service so I was only brought 2 cokes that may have had some alcohol in it. The chairs werent much more comfortable than what I could have sat in downstairs for free. The ladies at the desk were a delight. They are the only reason it gets 2 stars. The manager shouldnt deal with people at all. His people skills are a joke. Im using the "club" wifi to write this review then Im heading back downstairs. I cant find a plug up here to charge my phone. Wont be coming back. What a joke.

One toilet for men; assuming its the same for women. Not often you see a line for a mens restroom. Nice variety of bottled beers (Sam Adams!), although the fridge is small so may run out if theyre not diligent about restocking, I imagine. A couple of wines to choose from and a few canned soft drinks as well. Morning time food selection was yogurt, some small pastries, pita with hummus, and popcorn. Location is a bit out of the way, esp. if your gate is not already nearby. At least they have a tram between the terminals at DFW so that part is quick, but then you have to walk thru one little lobby then ride an elevator up a couple floors, then check in at a common desk app the lounges at this location share, then walk down the hall to the actual lounge.

Was a nice club. Between 1 and 4 they only have 17 seats, so there is a wait list. We waited only about 15 minutes. Two fridges of drinks, one with about 15 different beers, the other with soda, water and juice. Six or so bottles of wine to choose from and a list of hard alcohol you have to ask the staff for. Which they had back to us in less than five minutes. A few snacks: popcorn, pretzels, chips, apples, pita, humus, croissants, muffins, cookies. One small TV and only like four or five plugs. Was very clean, staff was constantly cleaning and putting out more snacks/drinks. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Worth the short wait to get in.

I checked in at 1.30 and was told to wait for half hr.at the front desk. I checked with the attendant twice and was assured that I Am next on the list It is now 4.14 and I havent received a call to be accommodated so know have to find some coffee and snacks before boarding at 4.30. This is a very long wait and disappointing experience at this establishment and I am saddened to know that visa priority pass holders have to go through that experience. I would be returning my priority pass as soon as I get back to my country.

Derek said the quickest way to #TheClub is to enter terminal C20 and head to Skylink. Take Skylink to Terminal D. Go down escalators and enter the Airport Lounges. Take the elevator up. The Club can get packed. It was when I was there. Selection is decent. Plenty of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Dont expect to get full here. There were pastries, hummus and pita bread when I came. What bumped up the rating was the wifi. Have lots to upload? Well look no further. You can upload at almost 50 Mbps.

Smallest of all. its a small room with chairs and they call it a vip lounge, food its less than existent and for drinks you are more likely to go to 7eleven before coming in. They accommodate big airlines on the larger spaces and leave the priority pass members in a small space, no tv and no amenities. The staff are just rude explaning why you are sitting where you are and they will just reapond with "you can leave you know" if you dont like the answers. I will NOT recommend this place at all

Very Very small. Gained admittance through lounge club. The lounge was clean and neat but very small. At 1:30 we were all moved to a even smaller room. Snacks only. There may have been drinks but I am not sure. Would not pay to go there. However, it was a great improvement on waiting in the terminal and the chairs were comfortable

Its a constant 90-95° in the bar area. But everyones sweating so you blend in. The bartenders are fast though, so it helps. As for the uniforms, it must feel like the guy in the banana outfit, performing aerobatics with plastic arrow outside of the used car lot in mid summer.

Literially two small rooms. One bathroom, limited charging ports which are only available at certain seats and basic food. Admits more people then there are seats. There is a childrens section which limits the sound to an extent. Adjacent lounges are much bigger.

Was told they were at capacity and I would be called to be let in. 3 hours went by with waiting on a long layover. What is the point of being a priority pass member or even having a club if its always at capacity. Ride staff at front desk as well.

Very small, not worth going. They kept saying they were getting a bigger lounge and would be about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later people are still standing around waiting in the hall. Better to wait by the gate, more room and less crowded

Attempted to enter the club and was told that there would be a 30-60 minute wait period for any Priority Pass customers. Whats the point of being part of the program if one cant get into the one affiliated club in the airport?

For a flagship hub of AA, I expect much more. Pathetic buffet, crowded bathrooms, and tired seating. Newer lounges like the Centurion lounge also at DFW or larger lounges like United at Narita blow this out of the water.

used this lounge for my business class flight with Emirates . this is a shared lounge used by multiple airlines . the Emirates section is ok with reasonable selection of food . staff needs more training
