I was out at a company event last night, at Blue Martini, in the shops. We were all celebrating our Plano site being open for 2 years and having a good time. When a lady walks up to me at the bar and asked "if I was Muslim" to which I answered yes. Immediately she starts hitting me and cursing at me. I was shocked and disgusted. That being said, to a certain extent, her actions didnt anger me as much as much when I walked to a bouncer to inform him she had put her hands on me, to be told "hell review cameras." If this same woman had walked up the bouncer and said I had hit her or reacted to her assaulting me, I would have been held down by a 300 pound guy until I was arrested in hand cuffs.

Awful experience!!! Had a great night but left my credit card, unfortunately I could not get my card due to a memorial service I had to attend. I got there at 1:45 and the man at the door KENNY said that I could not get my credit card because it was in the managers office and he would not be out for 3 hours. So I then walk to the bar where I had opened my tab and the wonderful woman gave me my card without any issues. He also accused me of lying about the loss of my friend. He just ruined my experience here, I will not be returning to this establishment, it only takes one bad apple. Such a shame, I thought this was a really cool place.

So I go to this place at like 1:40 to have a drink. The doorman said they just called last call......So that means I can go in and have a drink right?!!!! No, so being that he was feeding me b.s.(because Ive been here before) I walked passed him just to talk to the door girl to see if what he was saying was true, he grab me by my arm and would not let go when I asked him to let me go he then did some old mortal combat move on me and pretty much threw me out the door. I was embarrassed and left with a sore arm and on top of that Im a women, likley to say the police gave me the old messed up law, like really?!!!! #neveragain

It is upscale, but thats it. Some of the best ladies around. The menu is tiny, and the alcohol is horrible. Ive never had a long Island tea that was so sour, couldnt taste the alcohol. That was from 2 different bartenders. The waitress was never around, I had to go to the bar for my drinks. The beer selection is among the worst for a Latin place. In my experience, Latin places have the worst beer selection. The food was soo expensive and it didnt taste good. I dont mind pricing that matches quality. Actually the worst part was the dance floor, they still had all the tables out. So there is no place to actually dance.

Visiting from out of town and was very disappointed in the service I received. After having a table cleaned off so that me and friends could sit we waited 20 mins before someone came to acknowledge us. We placed our orders, orders came out incorrect and again it took over 20 mins before the someone came back to make sure everything was ok. Finally after asking to speake to the manager we were approached by a waitress. Needles to say everything that was ordered we got on the house.

WOW, underwhelming comes to mind, rude and pretentious being another term that rises to the top of the list. My brother and I visited here while in town and we were somewhat excited as there the branch garners national recognition. The Bartender was most likely the least friendly person Ive ever met in an environment fueled by tips while the bar back was SUPER friendly but she did a job of chasing him off while we conversed... All in all, one and done.

Will not be returning to this Location! First off the yelp website has a totally different time for happy hour which we did not learn until after we placed our order, only after waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged! We placed our order and once we received our food an entire entre was missing. It took another 20 minutes for someone to even come by and make sure our order was correct. Needless to say disappointed is an understatement.

Group of us went for happy hour on a Friday after work. The place was maybe less than half full, and the waitresses still took a very long time for just drinks. Had to make extra trips to the bar all night. They dont have a very good beer selection, the usual domestic and imports but no craft beer. They did have live music and a good band, so we had fun. If the service was better, Id probably come back often.

Went here the first time this evening!!! Place was empty only two other customers at the bar. Service sucked big time...Bartender was busy chatting with a friend and did not acknowledge customers walking in. Manager was around, saw us walking in but did not welcome us or acknowledge us. Bartender took more than 10min to come and ask us if we would like a drink. Drinks were not that great for that price.

Drinks were good, food was solid and the waitress had no clue what she was doing. I bought the Groupon which was a pretty awesome deal, I must admit. If I were going to pay full price, Id rather eat somewhere else, but would consider going back at night post-dinner. With that said, its a great place to hangout late at night if you are looking for a loud place with lots of people.

I have been going here for a few yrs now for the blue martinis. Lately I have had bad reaction with only 1-2 glasses with an episode of nausea and vomiting. I thought it was just me until 3 of my friends had the same experience separately twice. I think they changed the liquor for a cheaper version. We are never coming back and no more Martinis for us. Bye# smh

WORST Service. Waitress & Bar tenders spend all night behind bar talking to each other ignoring customers. We had to call / or physically go get servers to order our food and drinks and the staff acted very inconvenienced when having to serve customers. Drinks are okay but not worth it to put up with the stuck up staff.

Where is the ZERO stars option? Worst service ever!!!!! We are sitting here just because we are supporting a friend that is performing, otherwise we would be long gone! We waited for our first drink for over 30 mins. and our appetizer is still not here after an hour and a half of the order. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Never once did the waitress come and take our order. She did check in with the table next to us. We had to go to the bar for drinks. Overpriced and horrible service. The table next to us said that even though they had service, the waitress had an attitude all night long. Definitely wont be coming back.

The band that played on 5/14 was a disgrace to music, vocals, entertainment, and Texas. Ive never seen a crowd more bored and dead than when this band was on stage. Not sure where Blue Martini found these jokers but we wont be back. Very sad because with a good band this place might be fun.
