We were having dinner with our friends from Fort Worth and had used the valet service at the Rattle Inn. When we came to claim our car it took longer than it should for them to pull our vehicle around and when they finally did it had a huge dent on the back quarter panel. I first tried to go through the valet company, First Impressions. Casey w/ First Impressions told me everything I wanted to hear and then wouldnt get back to me until I called from my office phone. (A number he didnt recognize) Casey (Who is one of the owners/managers) told me that I couldnt prove they did it and since the valet didnt fill out an accident report they wouldnt pay for it. I then talked to Anggay Tenney from the Rattle Inn who promised me she would try and figure it out. After getting blown off about 10 times I saw where it was going and just paid my deductible and got my wifes car fixed. If you use ANY valet service and your car gets damaged make sure to call the police and get a report/case number. I was a valet through college and would have been honest if someones car was damaged and expected the same from our valet. (Thats why they have insurance) The owners and managers involved were dishonest and said whatever they could to get me off the phone and never had any intent in doing the right thing. So LONG story short please dont support these guys!!! Sorry for the long review.

Any place daring enough to decorate their bar with cow furniture and shotgun shell lights is all right in my book. Im not a huge fan of crowds with my live music so Rattle Inn is a perfect balance for me, with music in one room, a quiet bar in the next room, and a rooftop deck for some fresh air. It has a casual, comfortable vibe with a strong dose of country that makes it undoubtedly Texas. Im a fan of their Moscow Mule and prosecco splits (hey, you can still be kind of fancy in a country bar). Its definitely a place to kick up your boots and have a good time.

Rattle Inn is always a great time! The multiple seating areas and bars across indoor and outdoor area gives all kinda of options for gathering with friends. Just find the spot with your friends that puts you in the action you are looking for and enjoy! I personally love the rooftop. It is huge, gives you a view of the city, and can be a the best atmosphere when the weather is beautiful. Rattle Inn is also in a great location for bar hopping on west 6th. Start or end up here, and either way it will be a good time.

I went to hear a band play and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful, and its a friendly atmosphere in the place. The room is not large but its not cramped, with stools at the bar, some tables and stools down the center, and tables with booth-type seats along the opposite wall. I found street parking on the side street, so that wasnt a problem.

A cool place to chill especially in the summer. Awesome and huge roofdeck complete with a large center bar and plenty of TVs. Set back from 6th a little, so usually not too overcrowded. Insides space downstairs often has live music and is a bit more lively than upstairs. Dont get me wrong though- this place isnt empty, it just isnt TOO crowded.

I was first introduced to this cozy bar for a company event. The bar staff were great and the acoustics in the room were excellent for listing to a few Austin greats. They have an rooftop bar thats pretty nice, and some extra room for seating. All in all, this is a great spot for listening to some ATX live music. #12DaysofChristmasATX

Love the rooftop!! When I went it was all decorated for Halloween, which was awesome. The bar is super extensive which is great, and I liked how the music was loud enough to hear but I could also hear conversations with ease (something not typical at most drinking establishments). Fun to go at sunset!

Pretty clean, and a heavy handed bartender. I went during a sunday and there were a ton of San Francisco 49ers fans, which wasnt bad but Id rather watch a Saints game ;) There were tables made of tree stumps and a really cool people watching from up on that patio.

Ive been here a dozen or so times for networking groups and happy hours, and its always great. Mixed-use facility and has a large outdoor seating area 4 6th Street. Being right off 5th and 6, its a great location. Bar staff is always great and take really good care of

I only come here for major events and sponsored parties, but every time I have it has been a great time. If its busy that energy will be wonderful but this place is a large venue so if its slow it will feel dead.

Really like this place. Has a nice Texas look to it with antler racks and wood finish. The upstairs deck wasnt too packed, and the music was low enough to talk to your friends. Will be returning here.

Great rooftop venue! We hosted a conference party up here for about 150-200 people with a live band. Highly recommend it!
