GREAT course! GREAT staff! played 18 off the paths & I am looking forward to a return to play again, the course is challenging, but hit the fairways & you can be rewarded, if you like FAST greens you will be in for some fun. At the turn, I had time for lunch, great menu selections & the food was fresh! All the staff I encountered was awesome, they all had a few minutes to stop & visit. I highly recommend this course! THANKS Falconhead for an awesome 1 day trip to Austin.

Beautiful course, challenging, no tricks or hidden hazards. Staff was not overly friendly, but certainly not a problem; and since I spend 5 minutes checking in and 4 hours playing, I give little weight to that aspect. The greens were a little slow the day I played, but the layout and views are great and I really enjoyed the course (in spite of not playing well). I live in Round Rock, so too long a drive to play often, but it was certainly worth the drive.

This is my favorite golf course in Austin. The staff is friendly and professional and the course is always in great shape. The views of the hill country are nice and there are quite a few elevation changes as well. You will not find finer greens to putt on in Austin. Rounds are always completed in 4 hours or less. Overall you wont find a better golf value in town.

I paid $90 to golf. Had to wait for range balls, and you couldnt hit drivers on the range. Cart guys ignored you completely, the half way house acted like they did me a favor selling me food and the course played a a 5:30+ pace. The beer girl was friendly, but the course is over priced for the service a lack of marshals keeping pace of play.

Decent course but the lack of customer service is unacceptable for the price range. There is little to no appreciation for their guests experience, or even an indication that they view that as a priority. There are too many other options out there and the course isnt special enough to be running it the way that they are.

Amazing place to play golf. Greens and fairways meticulously maintained. Friendly and accommodating staff. Try to avoid playing on days when games are scheduled at the nearby football stadium. The noise from the stadium can be heard everywhere on the course and can be distracting.

Very disappointed in this course. Brought my nephews and paid full green fees of 89. The course was in terrible conditions. Greens were diseased, and tees had grass longer than the rough in spots. I would expect the course to charge rates on par with basic public courses in Austin.

Lovely place to play a round. Generally a fairly open course with plenty of wide fairways with get out options for stray tee shots. The signature par three is an amazing hole and nothing like Ive seen before. Course condition was generally pretty good.

Played this morning and absolutely loved the course!!! Fairways and greens were some of the finest Ive played on for this price, and the layout in the hill country offered some very beautiful scenery.. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Disappointed. Expecting to see a course with some character but most of the holes looked the same. Course needed some maintenance. Some cedar trees had been cut down and left in place. For the money, pick another course in the area.

Helped with a tee time at very late notice after we had finishing filming at a tournament nearby. Lovely layout and fantastically welcoming staff in the pro shop and on the course. Would recommend to anyone who is in the area.

Havent been to too many courses here in Austin, but I can feel confident in recommending this one. The greens were well kept, the course was well thought out, and the bev girl came along almost often enough!

Great public course with a wide open layout. Slightly expensive. With a nice "hanging" green on the 8th hole. Marshals patrol the course to keep an eye and if necessary, step up the pace. Am a fan.

Great course with several challenging holes. Overall condition is great. The only downside is the mediocre bunker conditioning, but you shouldnt be in them anyway!

A fun, fair course with beautiful looks around the property. Great staff made for an enjoyable day. Its an irons only range but still perfect for a warm up.

Love this course.. elevations, some risk/ reward holes. But you didnt want to be in the wrong side of the green you will pay for it.. staff was great!
