What an amazing place! Ever since I first stepped through their doors for a live music event, I cant get there enough. The vibe is 2nd to none, I dont care where you are. Teri finds the best musicians and bands, and has introduced me to so much that I hold incredibly dear now. I cant imagine a Johnson City without the Willow Tree! Their coffee and food is amazing, it is a comfy place to read a book by day, and the best music in the country is there most every Friday and Saturday. Teri, her daughter Zoe, and the entire staff are holding true to the traditions that make Johnson City special, while exploring new terrain to bring more vibrancy and love to Downrown. I honestly cant thank them enough. 5 stars is absolutely not enough for this place! Thank you thank you for being yall!

I have just recently moved to Johnson City and yesterday i was walking around to explore a bit and came across this place. It was lovely. I only ordered an espresso shot but it gave me the caffeine boost i needed and the singer who was performing was wonderful. Definitely a relaxing spot yo relax and clear your mind for a bit.

Ambience is wonderful, owners delightful, soup satisfies, as does the music. Coffee is good too. Very welcoming. Come support a local establishment thats non-fast food and non-Muzak. Bohemian style but for the young folk and older alike.

Its an interesting space that is constantly developing and growing in quality. They have great drinks and food and are always welcoming. The book store is eclectic and affordable and popular with college age students.

Great atmosphere! Delicious iced lattes. I prefer mine with soy milk, but their almond or coconut milk are great substitutions. Their library is a great getaway! I drink my coffee and read there as often as I can.
