This course is the champion of innovation! I have seen bermuda and zoysia fairways...but who would have thought to plant clover and crab grass instead! You never have to water or maintain it...all you have to do is mow every now and then (which they did a wonderful job of). And the tee boxes...oh what a wonderful idea of not planting any grass at all! Zero maintenance required! My only complaint is that they dont have a military discount. I guess its hard to give discounts when you pour so much money into maintaining such an immaculate course.
