This was my first time ever attending a MLB baseball game, at let me tell you, the experience couldnt have been better. The staff was incredibly friendly. We sat in section 322 in row 3 and NICOLE (a middle aged petite woman) waited on our orders. The food was great and was served very quickly. At the end of the game, we checked out the gift shop on the first floor by the main entrance. I was looking for a Santana #16 t-shirt in a size medium, but the only sizes left were large and above. A young man named MARVIN, who served as the cashier at the registers, went way out of his way to see if there was a size medium in any of the other gift shops. Lo and behold, he was able to find a size medium. Not only did he call each of the gift shops, but he personally went to pick it up from the other shop and bring it back for us. He deserves recognition for his extravagant efforts and above-average customer service. As we started walking back to our car, which was parked about a half mile away - the furthest lot from the stadium, an older gentleman named DENNIS (probably around the age of 60) offered us a a ride in his golf cart to our car. We were floored! He was such a gentle soul with a precious sense of humor. Needless to say, the employees I was given the opportunity to meet left me with an impression that compliments the stadium and their employees in a positive and personalized experience.

I want to love Miller Park. It was a big accomplishment for Milwaukee to get it built and probably prevented the city from losing the Brewers. First, I wish Miller Park were downtown. I understand that Milwaukee has a proud tradition of tailgating, hence the acres of parking lot. I just wish it could have been placed closer to downtown so it could have spurred more economic development around the stadium. Instead, to this day there isnt much around Miller Park. Second, I like the exterior of Miller Park because it was made to have a retro feel. They mostly succeeded. However, the interior of the stadium doesnt match the retro feel. There is nothing old school about the inside of the stadium. It feels too modern; it just doesnt have a lot of charm. I wish it were more like some of the other new/relatively new stadiums in MLB. I liked Nationals Park better; I think Miller Park could have been more like Nationals Park. Overall though, considering it is baseball, there are few places that provide a better game day environment. You have the traditional food choices, the aforementioned tailgating, and the famous sausage races. If you are in Milwaukee during the summer you really should attend a Brewers game to get a real taste of Milwaukee.

Great atmosphere inside and outside the stadium with reasonable ticket prices. Make sure to get there early and tailgate if youre a visitor or a Brewers fan. Its really fun seeing all the home team fans out there playing games and grilling no matter what the time is like. Wisconsinites are very welcoming and you wont have any problems if youre not a fan of their team. Once youre inside the stadium, there is almost always some a promotion or giveaway which starts things off right. The concourses are wide, the seats are a good size and most of the views are good. The racing sausages are one of the best attractions at any MLB park along with Bernie Brewer going down his slide for home runs. Make sure to check out all the food options. Brats and hot dogs are always great but look up the specials for each home stand. AJ Bombers has a special ice cream treat that has a connection to the visiting team. Its a Major League ballpark with a fun Minor League feel with all the stuff going on. Its definitely a great place to see a game as a fan.

On August 29 we attended the Brewers vs. Cardinals game at Miller Park. Miller Park was one of our parks we came to visit on our two week baseball park tour. All of the parks were very accommodating when we asked if we could have ticket stubs for our boys scrap books since we had paper tickets. I had went to fan services and was told that we could not have actual ticket stubs for their scrap books since our paper tickets were not purchased through the Brewers. I asked if they had any after the game and they said no we can not give them to you. Only way to get them is to Purchase another set of tickets for the game your already purchased tickets for and are already attending. I did purchase another set of tickets for their scrap book. I am not cheap I just felt it was unnecessary for me to pay for tickets, again, for a game I was already attending. So if you are going to Miller Park and you want actual ticket stubs, make sure you purchase your tickets through the Brewers, or you will have to pay at fan services to get them.

I grew up attending cold, metallic County Stadium, so to say Miller Park is a step up would be a historic understatement. Theres a certain charm to the old ballparks still left in MLB, but theres also something to be said about the new wave of comfortable, modern designs which are slowly replacing the landmarks. I wasnt sad to see County Stadium demolished: it helped partially erase the agony of the World Series loss in 82 and push a "reset button on the franchise. If you know the proper routes, the stadium is a short drive from downtown on game day. Stadium parking can be a little crazy, but thats largely part of the tailgate mentality......biking to the park is actually pretty easy Ive been told. Concessions are pricey (where arent they?) but the food and drinks are satisfying. The park is cozy and the views are generally all very decent. Now if the Brewers can just get that championship theyve been chasing for nearly 50 years.......

I went to this stadium for a country concert. Unfortunately, the acoustics were awful. There was quite an echo, so you could not make out the lyrics to the songs. Besides this, the environment was good. There is a retractable roof that can be used when it is chilly, rainy, or otherwise poor weather. Lighting was great. And even though we had some of the worst seats (top level, second to last row), we had a clear view of the stage. The bathrooms were kept pretty clean throughout the event, especially for the amount of people there. The concession stands were well staffed, staff was very friendly, and lines were short and moved fast. However, they stopped serving food and alcohol halfway through the main act!! We were upset by this because weve never experienced this at any other concert. After the concert, the traffic was well controlled and there was a steady flow of taxis for those that did not drive.

Miller Park replaced the old County Stadium as the home of the Milwaukee Brewers. )The old stadium had been home to both the Brewers and the Braves.) The weather in Milwaukee can be cold with only 3 months of ‘summer’ so the new stadium was designed with a retractable roof. During construction of the stadium, high winds caused a crane to collapse on the building tearing through the side. The entire roof pivots off a single point and it was discovered after construction that this placed excessive weight on the bearings which needed replacement regularly. There is a great view of the playing field from almost every point in the stadium. Many of the concession stands are operated by charities so buying ‘peanuts and crackerjack’ is not only fun, it contributes to the charitable organizations. Parking is plentiful and there is a special handicapped parking area.
