Kids seem to enjoy Paradise. It has a good arcade and small prize counter, and the touch screens and overhead displays are geared toward a younger audience. As an adult bowler, I have to say it isnt my cup of tea. This alley is in the habit of cramming bowlers together on one side of the building, which means youll likely be knocking down pins next to disrespectful groups who will get in your way and on your nerves. The place is always understaffed, so if something goes wrong with your lane, youll wish you hadnt paid by the hour. Theres a $1 surcharge on every card swipe, and the food and food service are good, but overpriced. Also, bizaarely, the womens restrooms have thick curtains instead of stall doors. In short, if you want a place to take your munchkins, this is probably a good choice. But if youre a group of adults, theres more fun to be had elsewhere.

This is the WORST place I have ever been too. The guy that is behind the counter that wears a Vietnam Veteran hat, has a MAJOR attitude problem. My nephew made a mistake and threw the ball before the bar had came up. The guy yelled across the alley that he would throw us out if he did it again, it wasnt done on purpose. Then the ball got stuck in the gutter. I went to ask him to get the ball and he had a MAJOR attitude problem. I told him he did not have to have an attitude problem. Then he called me stupid. Then my husband stood up, which then he told my husband to come over the counter to get him some. Then the guy drops the f-bomb in front of ten children. Then the guy threatens to call the cops. This was Memorial Day 2015 and i had my Vetinam Veteran father with me. They called the owner that never showed up. WOW...I will NEVER go to this business again.

This is the first time I have written a review...but I was so disappointed with service on all levels. We had a birthday party for our children here today. We felt unwelcome and rushed ... but the kicker was when my youngest eon was hurt they showed NO concern at all. He had split his chin and when we asked the desk if they had a first aid kit.., the woman at the counter said it was locked up and she would have to get it, she continued to sit there and work...not offering to move to go to get it...my husband had to get ours from the car,,,you know what would it have taken for ANY of the staff to check on him? I was also informed that I was not allowed to you a flash to take pictures of my childrens party either...argh. Sadly, we did the same party there several years ago and things were so different.

My husband and I took our daughter and three of her friends to bowl. We made reservations but arrived early due so we could let the girls eat our daughters birthday cookie cake. The girls went to thE restroom. While they were in the restroom the young girl came to my husband and said sir you are not allowed to bring food in. He then asked so we are not allowed to bring a cake inside. She said no unless you purchase a birthday package. She was very rude. So he got the girls and came up to mE (I was ordering drinks for us) and he said lets go we are going somewhere else. Then we were followed to the door. We will not go back. Waist of our gas driving 40 minutes to celebrate our daughters birthday.

Paradise lanes is crap the people are very rude, if you decide to join a league DONT its nothing but a drama circle of he said she said they get very nosey and spread you personal business everywhere. The prices are crazy high and not worth it. Its full of stuff nobody but the dummies there want a part of. The coworkers will be buddy buddy to your face then talk crap behind your back and play the Christian woman/man card. Its trash the people are trash everything about it is trash.

So we get there and they dont even have half their lanes open. Then we are told that it will be more than a forty minute wait for a lane. Then we step out of line and the lady behind me asks for a lane and they immediately ring her up. Im standing right there and she didnt give a name or anything else to indicate a reservation, as they claimed she had after I turned and stared at them while they rang her up. They pick and choose who will bowl. We will never return.

Love this bowling alley since it went smoke free several years ago. I cannot stand to walk into a cloud of cigarette smoke at other places. I come here frequently for a work league. Sometimes the staffs preparedness is a little lacking, and our standings online are not updated in a timely manner. Food at the kitchen can take a long time to come out as well, so order early if you plan to eat here. Otherwise though, good experiences here.

place closes earlier than what is on here. me and a friend got there at just before 9, and they said if you wait til nine then you can bowl unlimited so we waited. then we decided to wait for a couple more of our friends. then 30 minutes after playing they made an announcement that they closed at 11. Im like what? the Google maps says 1 am. she got a snarky attitude saying that they arent with google. I told her I beg to differ

Cheap and fun theres not much to do around spartanburg so I go bowling a lot Ive gotten to know the employees so there really friendly food and drinks r kinda expensive bathrooms r decent u can only smoke in the bar which can be a pain but I respect ppl that dont smoke so all in all a good place to waste time and have fun

A fun spot to hang out with friends. The cartoon animations with your picture in it made the atmosphere more fun. The bar was decently stocked but dont expect anything beyond the most common cocktails. At night the glow in the dark bowling is a lot of fun as well.

Been going there awhile now. The new renovations look great! Great hourly lane rates on Saturday. Pretty much hands free bowling now, scoring is all automatic, no issues now. Foods good and great beer bucket prices too! We do all our monthly tournaments there.

The cosmic bowling is cool. But the music videos that are huge above the lanes are unavoidable and inappropriate for families. The place is supposed to be a FEC (family entertainment center). Customer service was better than most bowling facilities.

This was a great place to go when it was "shamrock" but now that it is paradise, not so much. need to find a new bowling alley. No service whatsoever, trying to get waited on in snack bar is silly. Staff is rude

We love the new remodeling and hospitality here. We are weekly regulars on the league year round and enjoy the facility & snacks (nice bar too). Food is always hot & fresh! Yum!
