I arrived today at 4:55 P.M. I was waiting 15 minutes for service, only for this young guy to tell me that he can not rent a lane to me after 5 because there would be leagues coming in, and they will rent the lanes out again after 9 P.M. I have been bowling since I was a kid, and I am 32 now, and Ive never heard of this garbage...ever! Here I was bringing my 9 year old to bowl today, as a surprise for his birthday, only to be denied service, when there were only 5 lanes occupied. And it was probably for the best, because I have never been to this location before, and after walking in, couldnt help but notice what a dump it was. I happily took my son to the Bowland on Radio Rd., and was still given a lane despite several different leagues being in attendance. I will never set foot in this establishment or dare to give them one cent of my money. Disgusting!

Terrible food, terrible service, terrible audio system, gross and sticky balls that probably have not been wiped or cleaned in ages. When we arrived for our reservation there were cups and trash everywhere. Friends and I went out for a smoke of cigarette and waitress who did really absolutely nothing but hand us over a pitcher, casually asked if we were going to walk out on the bill. Very rude comment to make. Also as I said earlier I we had to get up and go ask for service ourselves. To top it all off the prices are ridiculous, 15 terrible dry chicken nuggets sold as "wings" for $17? That is $1.12 a chicken nugget, absurd. $15 per person to bowl, is also just greedy. Stay away from this place if you can, or drive in town a bit further go to Woodside lanes. This place is a ripoff avoid it.

Food is pretty good, pizza is pretty good and reasonable during happy hour specials. Wings are too pricey. Food and beer used to be super reasonable but over the last couple years prices have been raised enough to notice. Draft beers I believe are 12-ounce glasses not a true 16-ounce pint glass. Kids summer pass for bowling is a very good deal and family fun at a reasonable price. Rental lines are annoyingly long most of the time. I do believe it is in part to blame on the computer entry system but they should still have two people available at the desk. And yes most people would feel more comfortable if wipes were available for the finger holes in balls. Staff is usually very nice and helpful.

I dont really recomend this bowling Alley.. So i was on the VIP zone and we were bowling and there were about 10 minutes left..so my family and i were bowling and the game stoped..but some members of my family didnt notice that and he trew a bowling ball and suddenly this guy comes from the back saying that what the hell was our problem that we could have hut his hand..well there was no barrier to stop the bowling balls to go trough..he was really rude and he even stoped my game..i am never going to tyat bowling Alley.. I prefer going to a real boeling alley that is by Radio Rd and they are real professional that respect their customers..im never going to that bowling Alley in my life..really bad

The place is good, but should be more attention to rent the lines, my family and I were on Sunday 3 July made we were spending our vacation in Naples, to rent the line bowling with shoes not told us they had a promotion for Sundays and charged the regular wreck, seeing ads promotion went with the manager Mary Ann so that we are taken into account, we did not want us to be returned neither the money nor the difference only that we give an extra hour of rent and groceries, the manager told us in very bad shape they could not do anything that we had already begun to play even asked us no apology. We felt very wrong with the deal despite having very nice place.

Bar staff was good. Wings were tasty. Lane staff needed babysitters. Our lanes table still had the last customers trash and food on it. The lane staff couldnt have cared less what was happening around them. We spent $160 for 4 people and got terrible service (and we dont expect that much - its shoes and a working lane, folks). It felt like a waste of money. Sad. Its usually much better.

Not good for lil kids whatsoever, they do not have smaller sized balls for little fingers to hold, and the price is absurd $15 for 1 adult, 1 kid, 1 game is ridiculous, i have bowled in other states for $9 with appropriate equipment for lil ones, i def do not recommend this place if you have kids 6 and under

GULFZILLA

Playing loud rap music and video of drug dealers and explicit sexual close ups on every lane. Never take your family there! Music is so loud, you cant have a conversation and host acted like I was asking for the impossible just to lower the volume. Same atmosphere as a strip club!

i dont know about other. Front desk sailing staff is so rude and look lazy . they almost sleeping in sale counter. they even no notice that people waiting for buy the package. i can say customer service is worse. good luck to the company with that lazy employee

Well the beacon bowl has been around for a long long time its always been a fun place where you can bowl shoot pool have a great meal all under one roof they have league play bowling so if you want to get your freaking at the Beacon come on down

Not a good family atmosphere . I dont recommend this establishment for children. They frequently over serve customers and allow one in particular to sleep in a restaurant booth on a daily basis. Go look for yourself if you dont believe it.

Came in with 20 ppl at 1130 and we were told that they were done for the night with bowling....the week prior we were there until 2 bowling.. Why turn away business?? Lost alot of business ill tell you what.. Two thumbs down

Good place to come for a few beers, or pool, or bowling. Service is great and, if youre hungry, theyve got good food too. Very relaxed atmosphere. Usually a good crowd of decent folks. Have a beer and relax. Cheers!

What a great place to have fun on a rainy day. Inside bright color pins, computer sign in and score keeper. All you need is bowling shoes and a bowling ball. Go now have fun on a rainy day or join a league today.

The staff are very helpful, and the environment is great for kids, families, and a date too. Food is just alright though, a little greasy. Id suggest eating before or afterward.

I love a good old fashioned bowling alley! This place rocks. Its classic, the staff is nice, great bar... Fun place all around. Arcade games, too. Fun!
