Appalled by the lack of professionalism. This place will completely disregard safety to cut corners and steal your money. Any company that conducts business through unfit managers that communicate with and treat paying customers like they do not matter, will not have my nor my friends business. Ill take my business elsewhere. The rest of of the staff besides the manager were fine. That guy is costing your company money and a lot of it in the form of unsatisfied customers. They had no shoes in my size adult 10, but still sold me tickets and told me that i could bowl and just to be careful. I almost fell. The bathroom was filthy with urine on the floor and racist writing on the wall. Everything was grossly overpriced, but that was to be expected. What really stood out to me was the service or lack there of. The manager seems to need more training in customer service, tact, professionalism, and above all safety. Save your money or go to Brusnwick Wekiva instead. Its cleaner and more professional. Its also not is a very unsafe area. I was worried my car might get broken into.

I made it mandatory to come back and add a review of our visit from this Saturday morning. I googled places near me and found this one after reading the previous Comments I was skeptical but decided to see for myself. My 7yr old and I ventured out. After our visit today it is our new favorite bowling alley!!! I often visit the alley on iDrive and south orange blossom. Now I have plans to go back to altamonte in the near future. Friendly staff. Very helpful and informative. Five Stars!

I would not even rate this place as one star! Simon the shift leader was completely rude, insulting, provided us with horrible customer service! We went with our family today to celebrate my cousins successes and he yelled at me in front of my three year old daughter because his machine ate my money (.50), he yelled at my brother in front of our nieces and nephews (3-10 years old)!!!!! I will never go there again!!!!

My family lives next door to the alley. They just upgraded their system, so there are different themes you can bowl to. This location is wheelchair accessible, they have bumpers, aiming ramps for smaller children, and the apps and beer are moderately priced for a bowling alley. Chris at the front desk is very attentive and will do anything to keep you happy, so we will definitely be back!

I just organized an event for our school here and it could not have gone any better. The staff was intelligent and friendly. The manager was very accommodating as we went over lanes not once but twice as more and more of us showed up. Overall we had about 70 people and everyone enjoyed it. The facilities are not the most updated but they are clean. We will deffinitly be back.

I dont think weve ever been able to bowl here. Every time we try "all of the lanes are reserved." We look and theres a dozen people bowling while a tumbleweed rolls by. Before you wonder whether were trying to bowl at an odd time, this is on Saturdays and Sundays. Either I dont understand their business strategy or the employees are actively sabotaging business.

Its a decent place. Its a little behind the times in its technology. The bummers are all or nothing so my 2 year old had no help from them. The bowler tracking is a bit older but very user friendly. That was a nice surprise. The staff was polite and very helpful. The balls are tracked by size. That was very convenient. Overall a very good experience.

Staff is extremely friendly. My boyfriend and I love the cheap bowling prices. Plus its so close to home. Only thing I would say they need to change is putting the prices for drinks somewhere instead of always having to rely on the bartender to tell you. Makes no sense to have your drink specials listed but no price. Other then that we love it.

Staff at front desk (2 guys) werent helpful at all. They were busy talking to each other about things Not related to wor. We got there around 4pm on a Wednesday. It wasnt busy which was good. Everything there is very outdated. Besides that. Biggest issue was staff at desk. I will not be coming back nor recommend to my friends/family.

Nice lanes with moderate pricing. During certain times of the day they shut off the lights and have that kind of bowling so be aware and check the times before going. They also seem to play a lot of hip hop and occasionally metal music such as Metallica constantly so if that is distracting look elsewhere.

It takes way too long to pay and get shoes. Management was too afraid to speak to the trouble makers in lane beside us. Its all about whats convenient for the lane attendants, not what makes the customer happy. Gave them many visits, now no price specials. I have a choice, and go elsewhere.

Clean, friendly staff reasonable prices. They offer groupons out that you need to purchase 24 hours in advance - so you can go for a deal. They have pool tables, small arcade, food and drinks and full bar in back with sports on if you want to send the kids to the lanes and catch the game.

I went to this alley to enjoy some family time with my kids. Let me tell you, they enjoyed every minute that we were there. They had great deals and it the staff was very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Its an older alley, but the honor all AMF coupons! I can bowl there very cheap and the atmosphere is great. Even though its older everything is in good shape.

This is the WORST place to bowl league!!! They absolutely dont care about their bowlers, cant have the lanes ready on time, cant start the leagues on time...

Had a great time. Pizza over priced. Had two pies with one topping and 5 soft drinks and it was $50. Way too expensive and the taste is not that good.

This place isnt as updated as some of the other bowling alleys like Firkin & Kegler. It has a good atmosphere though. Fun place to bowl.
