Read the reviews after I bought a Groupon. Were new in town large family of 7 that enjoys weekly bowling outtings at least in our previous city. Called to make sure theyd take Groupon bought as a test to check the place out guy said any day but Fri nights was good I told him wed be going on a weekday during early afternoon since our kids are homeschooled & prefer no crowds. Well we went on a Tue about 3:40-4:00 lady said off the bat we wouldnt get a full 2 hrs bc they had to oil lanes for a league she truly didnt seem thrilled when I pulled out the Groupon made me feel as if I was asking for a free game! Just dont get why they advertise with Groupon if theyre not pleased with people redeeming ...anyways it was dead empty! We played a full 2 games & got bored & ended our time. Place is clean & has comfy seating. Looks like the owner was walking around doesnt seem like a pleasant man at all along with a few other employees, so didnt get that welcome feel to the place. We are about smack in the middle of 2 bowling alleys, so this weekend were trying out the place at the lake Wales mall & see how the vibe is there. Oh & just to clarify after we cut our bowling short we headed to the arcade a while & still never saw any league coming in like they said!

I would recommend this place but not on Thurs night. They have quarter game night and I just left at closing. They will take your money at ten or fifteen mins to close then shut your game off at midnight. They do this on purpose knowing they will get the money and you wont be able to finish the game. They wont refund you the money either because they say everyone knows the policy even if you have never been there before. I love going here but I wont ever go there late at night again.

Crazy management. Sometimes the manager Daryn lets you go in at 830, other times he says insurance doesnt allow you to come in until 9am. This is weird insurance. Last week the alley was almost empty at 7PM Tuesday night, but the manager would not allow the league membership rate for bowling during a slow time, so they lost that money and angered many league bowlers who heard about it

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON OFFER FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! everytime you try to use it nothing is available, bought it friday to take my family and was told that I could not use it that night, called back monday had my whole family ready and they told me that I could not use it that day neither. He said any other day except monday. He acted like he did not care very poor customer service.

One of the nicest bowling alleys Ive ever been to. Very clean and well equipped. The only negative was the price was pretty high. I dont know if its a normal price but we paid $30 to bowl for an hour for 2 adults and a kid, included shoe rental. We live in another state and dont pay nearly that much. We did enjoy our time there and would recommend it.

Every time we go to this place they shut us off in a middle of a game even though nobodys there ready to bowl on the Lanes were bowling on also whenever you pay for the hourly rate they always start you before you even get down and get your shoes on and Ive been bowling for almost 45 years and this only place that I know that does this so not good

One of the best bowling alleys I have played at. 40 well oiled and maintained lanes. Rental shoes are in good condition. Ball returns are a bit on the slow side. Full service bar, basic stadium food, basic arcade, and a small pro shop. Only six weights of house balls to choose from (no 9lbs). Many daily specials and family pricing options.

Too crowded and a bit pricey but the pro-shop is great for buying your ball, shoes and carrying case.Lady up front where you pay and get shoes this Saturday was mean. Ask her when its less crowded and she will get snippy. Time to retire lady. Unless you are in a league you are a nobody.

This place has a very inviting atmosphere. It offers a full bar band snack bar. There are a very diversified group of people here ,employees as well as customers. Everyone is very nice . Prices are affordable .. I cant wait to come back! We have had fun!!

We have fun when the family goes. They have had new shoes, good enough borrow balls, and lanes are oiled enough that I busted my...never mind. Food is usually good, typical fries food and pizza. Pepsi products for drinks. Full bar too. And a pro shop!

Very well maintained establishment. Enjoyed the new remodels. Ciara was extremely accommodating and helped out with an expired Groupon I was worried about. Will definitely be coming back and purchasing Groupons again because of her assistance.

Average bowling alley. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you come during their specials. Their food and bar is pretty great as well. Staff can be a bit off setting at times, but generally nice overall.

Great looking bowling alley, hosts great charity tournaments every year. Nice front desk folks and a small but nice proshop with Vernon at the helm. Even a nice snak bar with decent prices and good food.

I couldnt find the right ball I needed plus the system continued to freeze so we lost approximately 20 minutes of an hour waiting to be assisted. The pizza took 30 minutes to arrive to our lane!

Nice updated look.. though poor customer service, not very friendly staff, bit pricey as well considering this place charges by the minutes while other places charge by the game. Not worth it.

Here on vacation, brought the family during the day and got the family deal with two hours bowling,shoe rental and a large pizza. Very clean and spacious.
