We had our twins 3rd birthday party at Bowling Academy yesterday and we couldnt have been happier. For those who are skeptical, this is the PERFECT 3 year old party! (I read much that said different on the internet, and several of our guests were surprised, but this really was great) They have small balls that all the 3 year olds could easily carry, there are bumpers, and best of all, there are dinosaur-shaped ramps that the kids slid the ball down. The party was an hour and a half, and the kids were definitely tired after an hour and ready for lunch. The party planner (sorry I cant remember her name) was wonderful and so attentive. We literally didnt have to do anything and the pictures we got show the amazing time my daughters 12 friends all had. We are definitely going back, and I totally recommend the place for anyone else considering a kids party.

I feel personally victimized by my time at the bowling academy. Despite making a reservation in person AND calling to confirm, when I arrived there were no lanes available. Our large group had spent a lot of money in transport and we were incredibly upset to find that we would not be able to bowl. Moreover, when we voiced our concerns to the management, instead of apologizing perfusely, they proceeded to yell at us. This is unacceptable behavior especially as they admitted it was their mistake. If you want proper treatment and customer service definitely do not go to Bowling Academy.

A group of 10 of us got two lanes on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy so I recommend calling ahead or reserving a lane during busy hours. I think we got some kind of birthday or pizza package for the group. The combo deal was got was very affordable for about 3 games of duckpin, shoes, and lots of pizza. I had a great time. The alley was in great shape and the staff seemed multi-disciplinary and flexible. I felt like I could ask the nearest employee to take care of something and they would, or find the right person for the job.

Made a reservation for 30 people. Went in person to make it and called to confirm. We show up on time for a 7:30 reservation. They tell us that they "forgot about it" and cant accommodate us until 2 hours later. Then, when I ask if theres anything they can do, they start yelling at us telling us that they cant help us and we should leave. Super unprofessional. Someone with anger problems who starts screaming after a minute-long civil conversation should not be running a bowling alley for kids. Very rude and very sad! Sad!

I bowl with a few friends every Tuesday night and we have a great time, Kyle and Zack have excellent customer service skills and have always been great to work with. Ill be sorry to see this place close, I grew up in the neighborhood and I dont ever remember the Bowling Academy not being there (I guess Im dating myself). They say that everything must change but I would like to see it remain as a duck pin bowling alley because theres do few of them.

We just had my daughters Bday Party here and working in the customer service industry I have high expectations on how people work with people and the everyone at The Bowling Academy went above and beyond to do whatever they could to make my daughters party a memorable one! Tori was an amazing and gracious event coordinator and I will most definitely be recommending this place to friends and family for their future kids parties!

The people that work here are not qualified to work at a lesser bowling alley. Now that Ive said that, I cant even think of a place that would have messed up as badly as the Bowling Academy did when I tried to go there. Im so sad that people like those at this place still work anywhere. I hate them. I hate this place. Im so sad and disappointed in humanity. :(

It may not be much to look at from the outside but the owner and staff are VERY friendly and super helpful. Always have a great time when we come here! Scoring is automated, they have bumper rails for kids, access to a ramp your little ones can slide the ball down into the lane and overall it is a great great great environment! Would recommend to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if that was possible but it is not, so 1 will have to do. Made a reservation and then was told that the incompetent managers had forgotten about it. Honestly, its the business loss because we would have paid quiiiite a lot of money. Whatever, rest assured we will never come back. 12/10 would not recommend.

We have neve had a bad experience here. When our kids were young their bday partys were here. Now we go on Saturday nights with 3 couples , bowl and drink beer! We have so much fun with the employees they interact with us and we all have a great time!

My 6 year old son just had a birthday party here and it was great! Service was awesome! Staff was so attentive and great personality. Made it much easier for us as parents to enjoy the party as well as the kids. Highly recommend!
