i feel like this place is very racist and service is bad. i was there the other day and wanted a 3 lanes for our group of 10 people so we can play more then a few games in the amount of time we have, they told us they dont have enough lanes for us. but when we started to play, about 10 minutes later these two americans kids next to us had 4 lanes between the two. when my friend came in after us and required a lane next to us, they told him , he must have at least 2 people on his lane. i was outrage and told him to just play they cant do anything to you... i go here because i love bowling and its the only one around, so i think they use that to their advantage to do what they like...

Great place to bowl. Little confusion though on setting up the lanes. We had a large group with some people coming late and didnt understand the per frame cost (which wasnt explained clearly to us either). We just thought u reserved per lane per game for however many people happened to be there. SO, when we got a third lane and paid for 2 ppl on it, then moved three people from our original lane to the new lane to balance the numbers, you can imagine the confusion. The bowling owner was very helpful in smoothing over the confusion and shifting our frame credits around accordingly though; I just wish the confusion could have been avoided to begin with.

I go once a week every week, I like to bowl. Personally believe it is understaffed, the food is sub par and they are exceptionally rude, if you call over phone about a deal thats offered theyll say yes, but as soon as you get there they will pretend to have no idea what you are talking about and make you pay full price, which Is overpriced. You can spend 12$ on food and its still worse than Tyson anytizers. Fortunately for the business, the lanes are in good shape, better than most around here, which makes dealing with bitter old employees a bit easier. Oh and the bar, they do a decent job there.

I called ahead and asked if they have military discounts. they said yes they do have military discounts. once Ive got over there they said no they dont do military discounts. I think its racial profiling Im Asian and Im in the United States army treat me like everyone else not by the color of my skin but by who I am a human being. They ask each other and played dum. ty but no thanks I will pass the info to all military personnel. friends and family included

Do NOT bowl here!! I went bowling here the other night with a small group of friends and were treated the worst that I have ever been ANYWHERE. The attendant/cashier was a rude punk that thought he knew everything. The supervisor actually raised his voice at me, was degrading and downright mean when I voiced a legitimate complaint. Yes, their prices are good, but dont expect to have a good time because all the personnel treat you like crap.

They are very sneaky with their specials. They change without notice. Fridays used to be $10 at 10pm. Once I checked in at 9:59 and asked why it wasnt $10. They said they changed the specials... but it really was only $10 a minute later... Now Fridays is $10 after 11pm. A decent sales person would tell you to wait one minute so your group can save $20. That would make me come back. But their poor service has kept us away.

Can be expensive or have a long wait but its really fun bowling and there is good food. There is also an arcade and billiards to play at. Alsol has good beer. Also has lockers to keep your balls if your a hardcore bowler. They play cool music and project music videos at night. Once I played a game and the computer completely gliched out so that kinda sucked. The food is kinda expensive but really good. The staff is ok here.

The center has a brand new scoring system with HD TVs, place looks great and the employees there are always pleasant and polite. They take the time to meet and greet you and will do everything to make your experience here a fun one. They have a bar, snackbar, game room too. Great place to bring the family for a night out. Cant wait to bring the family there again. One of the best bowling centers in MA.

Ive been going there give or take once to twice a week and every time Im there Shanniah and the staff treat me and all of my friends with A1 service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time! I also cant say enough good things about Shanniah as her worth ethic and smile once you walk in comfort you throughout your experience while being there. 5 stars is an understatement.

I love this place, I really do, but I havent been able to bowl the past 3-4 times I went because leagues take up 41 out of the 44 lanes for 3 hours! So theres only 3 lanes that open bowlers can use? That doesnt seem too fair. I know the leagues pay quite a bit of money to play here but its has happens multiple times during the week and weekends! I just want to bowl a couple games :(

Ive been here several times and it works for me because the prices are reasonable and Im not a fan of candlepin. I think the prices have gone up a bit but Ill still continue to go. Anyway, it is mostly clean and the lanes seem in good condition. The staff could be a little friendlier and accommodating, true...but I am surprised by some of the other low reviews.

I went there with some friends last weekend. Wow they just finished putting up new TVs that kept the score and the whole place looks 100x better. We had some great priced drinks and the customer service was excellent. I havent been there before this in a while and I honestly dont know why I stopped. Cant wait to make it a weekly get together. Awesome time!

The customer service was really bad. They made me feel like crap. I wanted to have my daughter bday party there and I change my mind really quick. The old bold man throw my shoes to me. He didnt want to serve me. I use to always go and it was never like this. I want to get in touch with the manager!!!

If you into drinking, or bowling (or both) this place has those in spades. They also donated to the united way, so decent people calling the shots there as well. (I did not give it 5 stars becouse i dont really drink or bowl, so im ill equipped to judge if they are really the best)

I agree with the other rarer. The staff are snobby punks. Unless youre a regular (and who wants to be a regular at a bowling alley) you get treated like crap.

Great place for bowling. Place is clean, friendly staff. Go there some Sundays. Love them because they accomodate people with developmental disabilities.

Great upgrades recently that have really helped in the atmosphere of Brunswick. Compared to places that are a bit farther away however it comes up short.
