Waste of time. Will never go back. Outside is nice, Inside is not like the picture you have posted. The inside is nasty the chair are not the chair in your picture. Your chairs are out of date, Hard, & Plainly Uncomfortable. I get to the first set of doors to walk into your building to see a sign @ Ticket Booth" that states must purchase Tickets @ Snack Bar. So had to wait in line behind everyone getting drinks& snacks to purchase my ticket.Thats is what a "Ticket Booth" is for. Then i purchased my ticket to be told after you employee takes my money that they started the last movie 30 mins late. So we would have to wait a additional 30 from the regular movie time. Dont have an Employee to Take your tickets anyone could just walk right thru without Paying. Bathroom were Nasty & Not attended to No Toilet Paper in the ladys room. Get into the theater to find the your staff never clean up inbetween movies. So there was food all over the food from people in the movie before us= Dirty. So the movie starts the video came on but no audio. So we couldnt here anything. So I told your employee. They fixed the problem but just started the movie instead of rewinding so we missed the preview & begining of the movie. The only thing i will say is this theater is never Packed with people because it is not a good theater. Plus the fact that your charging Full Price. If i could i have gave you zero stars instead of 1 star i would have.

Ill be honest. Ive never had a good experience here. We saw Man of Steel and, a half hour after the movie was supposed to start, someone in the audience finally went to go tell staff. Apparently they knew that particular theatre was not working but sat it anyway under the pretense someone else would fix it. We did receive vouchers for a free movie, but it put a damper on our plans to see it with our friend who was home from the military as he needed to return to base too soon to watch a later showing. Speakers have malfunctioned midway during the movies, theatres havent been cleaned. More recently we went to see the Hunger Games and waited around in an empty lobby for ten minutes before someone popped up from the kitchen to let us buy tickets. We sat down and the theatre went from freezing to sweltering and back again another time. it wasnt just me, either. I heard other people complaining as well. The staff is either very friendly and apologetic or would stab you with the nearest pointy object if they could, smacking gum and rolling their eyes. I work retail. I know long shifts are exhausting and people are annoying, but seriously. At least try to pretend. I would recommend the theatre 10 minutes down the road on 15. WAY cheaper (we got two tickets for $12 that werent matinee!) and much nicer. I live in Westminster and the extra time is worth it. Dont waste your time here.

Went to see a film here and the speakers had issues in Auditorium 1. Thr overall volume was very loud, but not unbearable. The speaker on the left side of the auditorium was either off or really, really low. The main front speaker had unbearable static coming out of it. According to the manager, they were "working on" dealing with the left speaker. According to the guy working concessions/tickets, they "still hadnt gotten the front speaker fixed yet". After the intro to the film we were seeing passed, we decided we were going to leave and seek a refund. The guys at the front desk were really nice about it. They checked with the manager, who said that we couldnt have a refund, but offered us free ticket vouchers to any Frank Theatres location. If it was not for that, this place would get one star. The fact that the theatre chooses to show a movie in an auditorium despite the fact that there are known distracting technical issues is just unacceptable. The fact that they havent done anything about it yet is even more off putting.

This theater was awful. The photo shows beautiful seats and the seats were old and crusty. The theater was so warm and smelled like a stinky shoe. We went to see Beauty and the Beast and the speakers were blown. The sound was awful. Taking a family of 5 to the movies isnt cheap so we were bummed that we paid full price for tickets for the quality of our experience. I contacted the marketing dept of Frank theaters to share my experience and got no response from them. I contacted the theater via the contact us on the website and was hit with a response that told me there is always a manager on site to have turn down the temperature. Thats the extend of my concerns addressed... oh, and because of my concerns there is a tech team there today. That doesnt help me any at all. You really dont know how to keep people coming back. Thank you for the waste of money and I will never come to this theater again.

I missed the first few minutes of my movie waiting on line just to purchase my ticket. There is no separate line for tickets and snacks. The poor girl behind the register was moving as fast as she could but the theater needs more employees. I could have just as easily walked into the theater and not paid, no one was even there to take a ticket. I always choose the Gateway over Franks. Only reason I went today was Franks was playing a movie that fit my schedule better today. Not much positive to say about the theater.

I really enjoyed the movie. We had the theater to ourselves, but the place was dirty, and reminded me of a frat house. The bathrooms were disgusting. The sinks, floor, and stalls were disgusting, not to mention the smell! Most of the stalls had no toilet paper, there was water all over the floor, and the hand dryer was broken. There were no paper towels as a substitute. The theater floors were not clean. Popcorn, trash, and garbage was everywhere. The only clean place was the lobby.

Place is crap, movie tickets cost like 3 dollars more than gateway theater down the road their "combo deal" for 2 large drinks and a large popcorn is 22.50 and no refills, at gateway its 14.00 with free refills, the screens are small and it smells just musty in there once you get back away from the popcorn, it just doesnt make sense to spend 30% more for a movie date for a lower quality place than gateway which is right down the road. Just do yourself a favor and go to gateway theater

Not only was the facility very clean, the popcorn hot and naturally buttery, but the staff working there was some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Im not sure if its because I wasnt from the area and was visiting but everyone there was so nice and helpful I was impressed. I will definitely be stopping back at Franks movie theater next time Im visiting my aunt in Gettysburg!

I love this outlet center it is run by a really great management company or somethinng because the staff are really truely wonderful and nice. Their is a huge selection of stores. I also heard that Polo, Nike, and other really great retailers are moving into the site. I cant wait to bring the whole family back. The movie theater is priced cheap, but it is awesome!
