The course layout is utterly confusing. After finishing a hole you have trouble finding the next tee box. After going the wrong way after finishing a hole, we were threatened to be kicked off the course without a refund by a maintenance worker. He proceeded to insult us because of our youth. This is by far the worst golf experience Ive had in my 10 years of play. Dont waste your money on this sorry excuse for a golf course and their rude employees.

The course is not a top notch course, but its not supposed to be. It can still present challenges at times, but this is a course for more casual and higher handicapped players. If that applies to you, than you will really like this course a lot. The rates are very affordable and the course is usually in pretty good condition. Lots of trees and a fun course, and a nice staff as well.

After playing at many different golf courses in Lehigh Valley i have come to realize that Sawmill Golf Course in Easton offers everything that you need to both challenge your golf game and give you the most awesome scenery in the Allentown, Easton or Bethlehem area. I highly recommend that you try out this 18 holes course which also has a beautiful banquet hall for all occasions.

We got to the course at 7:00 am when they opened. The club house employee failed to tell us a Senior League started at 8:00 am. When we finished the front nine, we couldnt get on the back nine as they let the Seniors start on both front and back. Then, they would not refund our money for the nine holes we couldnt play. We will never play there again!

I RECENTLY PLAYED 18 HOLES AT SAWMILL. THE GREENS WERE JUST PERFECT.. SUPERINTENDENT DOES A GREAT JOB. THE LAYOUT WAS FINE. IF I HAD PAID BETTER ATTENTION TO THE SCORECARD LAYOUT I WOULD HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM. FINDING MY WAY AROUND. YOU CANT BEAT THE COURSE FOR THE MONEY. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. Disappointed. Used to be just a few bucks to take kids after 6 on weekdays to help them learn the game. Now, $15 dollars each...no way. Golfing getting too expensive to teach kids and their driving themselves out of business. Wont feel sorry for any of them when they do.

Very nice course. Its short (5,280 yards), but thats balanced by the difficulty of the greens. You cant beat the price, and during weekdays, the course is not too crowded. Only drawback for me is the lack of a practice putting green.

Its a local public golf course. Dont expect Augusta National and you wont be disappointed. $70 for 2 people is too steep for what the course has to offer. Its a wide open course that is good to learn on.

This course has some nice par 3s. Thats the only nice thing I can say about it. If its price point matched its condition it would get 3 stars. The 13th hole is embarrassingly bad.

Had a fundraising event here, the grounds were beautiful and Nancy and her staff went out of their way to help us. The catered lunch was awesome, could not have been more pleased.

This place is way over priced. Not worth the money at all. The course is poorly kept and not worth the time. We will never go back.

You get what you pay for. Not well groomed, just a dog track to swing the clubs at.
