I rented a room for two nights so I could help my granddaughter find a place to live in Oregon. I will be watching my Great-granddaughter while she looks at homes and goes to a meeting. We went to bed early as we were worn out from our drive down from Washington. I have farmed for over 30 years so have always gone to bed early and get up early. We had been asleep for a few hours when the alarm clock in our room went off. Waking not only me but also my granddaughter and her baby which ended up crying most of the night because of being woken up shortly after midnight. Over $150 per night to not be allowed sleep because someone found it amusing to set the alarm for after midnight and those cleaning the room do not bother checking to insure alarms are off or set to a decent time. I do not think I will ever stay in one of their rooms again. Now today everyone is crabby and our one full day in Oregon will be horrible. Thanks Shilo Inn, for ruining our time together!

This was a fantastic experience for me and my family. When I called, Nikki was so great to talk to- excellent customer service. When we checked in Stephanie made us feel so at home. Very welcoming and ready to answer any questions or concerns. This place has everything- * 24hr indoor pool (all ages, all times) with a hot tub * Hot breakfast everyday included- too much stuff to list here * Kitchenette in our room (as our family has food allergies ie. gluten) This made it easy to prepare our own food. * Pet friendly- Our dog loved it there * Centrally located so we could visit our favorite places: Astor Column, Seaside, Fort Stevens and Long Beach. I know we will stay here again. The staff here are fantastic, keep up the great work!

Decent hotel (I would rate it 7/10). It is OK to spend a night there. Pros: it was clean (but not exceptionally), it had everything you could need (e.g. refridgirator, microwave, etc.), room was big. Cons: the room smelled (probably because the hotel was old), not exceptionally clean (found a hair in a towel), fan was super noisy, doors creaked very loudly (I woke up my wife and kid when I was going to the bathroom in the night). Otherwise it was ok to stay overnight.

Front desk staff rude. When checking in, threatened is with outrageous charges of we smoked, which we dont. When we tried to lighten things up they became sarcastic and just plain rude. Next morning, unaccommodating when I forgot items in room. No smiles just scowls from 2 bitter older women working the desk. Due to customer service, our family will no longer be staying at any Shilo Inns where customer service, apparently, is not valued! Ugh!!

The service was really excellent. We had a room with a kitchenette and one of the housekeepers fetched us forks, plates, cups, and mugs when we saw that there wasnt enough for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, especially since the beach was super windy and cold. This Shilo was ideally located for us. Only 2 miles from the beach and 4 miles from Astoria, with grocery stores within a 1/2 mile.

Not only was there a grasshopper in the bed the shower did not drain properly so you took a shower and a bath at the same time and to top it all off there was stains on the sheets that we had just had on the bed and then when we went to the desk to complain about it she said that she gave us 10% off and then lied and gave us our bill and it was full price for a hotel would never come back

Would have been a decent stay except for the facts its definitely an older hotel and could use some tlc, the pool and sauna stays open 24hrs but I think they use the chlorine only as a means to clean it because the water is a bit murky. And to top it off someone (Im thinking housekeeping) took my daughters phone charger and replaced it with a pos broken one that was like hers.

The Shilo In in Warrenton was lovely. We had two rooms and each were very large. The rooms were spotless and had handy kitchenettes. The pool area was open 24 hours and our family really enjoyed it. In room, there was plenty of hot water and the front desk was helpful getting us extra amenities for our large group. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the waffle bar.

Its a great hotel and has nice staff. The view from our room was beautiful. Our room was a little noisy, everytime someone opened their door it sounded like they were opening ours. The reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the price. This room costs more than my last stay at the Westin in downtown Portland and that was a luxury hotel with new and spa like decor.

Decent hotel. They are a little old-fashioned (still use keys), but it is not half bad. Rooms are fairly large and comfortable. Mostly average. Make sure to read what they make you sign. They handed me a sheet and said it was just for this one thing, when the sheet was also about 3 other things. Dont like hotel staff trying to sneak stuff like that past me

Nobody beats Shilo Inns good treatment of Veterans. The discounts are awesome and much, much appreciated. Stayed a night at the Warrenton, Oregon Shilo in early November. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows beyond wonderful, a quiet and peaceful location, the staff courteous and very kind. We highly recommend it. Loved everything about it!

The Shilo Inn as a whole was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was spacious, however, the walls and windows are not well insulated so the voices from the office sounded like they were in our room and the road traffic from 101 can be heard all night.

BED BUGS!!!! The people are extremely helpful and nice. I stayed for over 2 weeks. They helped me with my transition to the west coast. But the place seems to be stuck in the 80s or 90s. Nothing seems to have been updated in quite some time. And they have bed bugs. I wouldnt stay here again solely for that.

Well run hotel that is good for the price. Staff are courteous and helpful, and rooms are spacious and well kept. Dated interior but in light of the value I would recommend for those who are passing through town on a budget. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door, as well as a Walgreens

Had a great experience. Room was spacey and clean. Staff was very friendly. Best water pressure on a shower Ive ever had. Knocked off one star for having an old tube tv. Staff said tvs were in process of being upgraded. Wifi was fast enough for email and browsing. I would stay here again!

We had a reservation through third-party site and a wrong day. Staff at Shiloh in make sure that we were able to get a room for the evening and ones that fit our needs and our budget. Our room was nice clean and comfy. They took what couldve been a bad day and made it into a good one.

Stayed in a king suite in warrenton, or. Was disappointed. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and staff friendly. But, it was not a suite just a regular room with a king bed and sofa take those two out put two queen beds in and same thing. The pool was very dirty.
