To whom it may concern; I received several "flyers" and promotional incentives to come down and visit your casino again. Id had a good time the first time Id gone and although I didnt win, I had fun, so I decided I would take a weekend and go. I drove 400 miles one way, $140.00 in gas one way, me and my 2 dogs and got there around noon-ish Friday the 18th. The parking lot was very empty, only about 3 rows full, so I parked my truck and trailer on the very outside edge right behind another trailer. I saw a guy moving rocks and rearranging things and asked him if Id be ok parked there. He replied "yes" and then told me hed been making room for extra parking as there were several concerts going on that weekend. I asked again if Id be ok there, and he once again replied "yes". Later that day at around 9pm, after Id spent time gambling, walking my dogs and checking out all that you had going on that weekend, a woman and a security guy came up to me and very rudely told me I was trespassing - that the parking lot was closed to R.V.s overnight. The lady said it 10 times in a two minute conversation - "youre trespassing, youre trespassing - over and over. She refused to listen to me or let me get a word in. There were no signs in the parking lot or anywhere else, there was nothing on their website. I couldnt find any R.V. policies posted anywhere on the grounds or on the website. At 9 pm they made me leave an empty parking lot. They didnt tell me of any nearby places I may find a place to rest my self and my dogs, they just told me to leave - after inviting me down & driving over 400 miles - I turned around and drove 400 miles home. There are several other casinos that have R.V. policies posted in writing, not word of mouth that they had here. I was very disappointed.

Dont waste your money or your time at Kahneeta resort(if you could barely call it a resort), the place is old... Rooms are dilapidated with paint and wallpaper peeling off. The tvs in the room are from 1990, old big and bulky. Over-priced for what you would expect. Only one of their restaurants was decent, the Chinook. Do NOT bother scheduling a horse ride. We reserved an hour ride three days in advance, they never said that are 7 year old could not go... They could not accommodate when we were set to go at our scheduled time. Overall not worth it, you would be doing better going elsewhere.

This review is for the restaurant only. So I took my girlfriend and her Son to the restaurant on a Saturday night around 7:30. The places was almost completely dead. We decided to get the rib eye steak with Shrimp Scampi. First of all the steak was tasted like a very cheap piece of meat, not a rib eye. Gravy with potatoes tasted like cardboard. When my girlfriend spoke to the supervisor about the shrimp scampi not being to her liking, the supervisor was very rude and had to be right. This place is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Although the food was top notch, we were hoping for a buffet, but no such luck on the day we went. However, we went back during the solar eclipse on Aug 21st, and they let us (and many others) freely view, photograph and video the eclipse in their auxiliary parking lot. We bought several souvenirs of the event, lunch, coffee, etc. to thank them for their hospitality. Well be visiting them more often, as we were humbled by their kindness. Added a photo of the eclipse I took while we were there as a tribute to this fine establishment.

Did like much of it, ther were lots of servers and they were just standing there, some were working others were just taking and hangout, when thisfamily came in andwere ready to order they would have to called out to the servers to take there order lots of them were just acting like they didnt hear, took about 5 mins until they got there order in but the thing that u set me was the fact they were playing rock paper siccors to see who would help the family. Foods good other than that the service is not the best.would not recommend

You think theyd want more young customers to get hooked on gambling, but they wouldnt give us hardly the time of day. The cashier was helpful, but security and those working at the players club desk, were rude and unhelpful. Also it smelled like an old ashtray. While dining, we only had the salad bar, and it was a salad. Our waiter however was very good. The 1 star comes with having been to other casinos in like size, from those in Elko, NV, to Cripple Creek, CO; showed much better service to novice gamblers.

We stopped here after visiting the museum across the street. Nice - 300 modern slots and 8 Blackjack tables, 2 restaurants (one is a snack bar type) - new lounge opening November 2014. This is a newer casino (2012 - the old one was at the resort 14 miles up the road). We made $5 on slots(played for about an hour) - place was 1/3 full on a Wednesday in October. Had a good lunch at Cottonwood Restaurant here. Its a ways from civilization, but if youre near here, its worth a stop.

ポートランドから車でセントラルオレゴンに来ました。 この場所は先住民の為の仕事場というってよいと思いますが、ホテル、レストランおまけにカジノまでありお金を使ってしまうところでもあります。 ランチを食べましたが油ポイ料理

Trashy Came in just wanting to relax and have a drink. I was harassed on the way in- no outside security to help me and the parking lot was poorly lit. Inside there was no bar. I had to order my drink from a snack counter. They charged me 14$ for it and gave it to me in a plastic cup. This place looks nice on the outside but dont be fooled. It is totally trashy.

The casino is nice and clean. Theres always a lot of machines open. The reason for the low stars is because of the restaurant. We made the mistake of eating at the buffet. It was a wilted salad bar (as the buffet!)and the bloody Mary tasted like tomato paste with a hint of vodka. Id say go to play, if youre hungry stop at the gas station for snacks before you go in

They have free soda pop, free admittance, clean bathrooms, and at night the door guard fluent pay Mick attention and so I was able to enjoy my (20 year old) daughters first time in a .casino. in a free way that used to be 55 miles an hour, the casino has made the speed drop down. the Indian cops like to patrol heavy.

We walked into the casino and every one in the casino were Indians and were sitting in front of the machines not playing staring at everyone, I felt like they were trying to intimidate us, the machines were so tight we never won anything, this was totally a wasted trip. the band was awful as well. we wont be coming back.

The staff in the casino and in the restaurant are ALWAYS friendly! Well make an hour drive just to eat in the Cottonwood. It is the best buffet in Central Oregon!! Winning in this casino is a reality, wherefore, other casinos cannot claim the same fame. Thanks Indian Head for a good entertaining time, EVERY time!
