Disappointed... I purchased (using a promo code and my own $) two tickets for a 3:45 showing of WarCraft and then later found out we had a conflict with that time. I thought, no problem Ill just change the times to the 12:45 show. That seems like a simple thing to do right? well actually no its not and dont expect help from either company. I started by working with Fandango (chat support only and 15 min queue) to be quoted policy. Apparently if you use a promo code they refuse to process any exchanges or refunds, and just a FYI changing a showing by 3 hours is a "exchange", never mind the fact its the same movie, on the same day, at the same purchase price. Leaving that interaction with a unpleasant taste in my mouth I decided I would contact my local regal theater. I thought surely speaking to some one in person who is local could see that changing a ticket by 3 hours with absolutely no negative impact on their bottom line wouldnt be a big deal, and in fact understand that those "exceptions" to the rules are the fastest way to win customer loyalty. I was greeted with just the opposite. After explaining my situation to Cindy (I believe that was her name) she told me that they have gotten this before and her manager has said nothing can be done. I thanked her for her time and said "well I guess there will just be two empty seats" to which she thanked me for calling. I expect that type of service from a call center but not from actual staff supposedly trained in "customer service?".... Theaters have been struggling for years as the move to streaming content has become so popular and convenient so it seems to me like quick wins to gain loyalty, especially ones that dont negatively impact the businesses bottom line would be easy calls. Oh well, Ill pay Cinnabar the ticket price and give them my $ for a overpriced popcorn and coke.

I have gone to this Regal Cinema several times. I went to see movies with my family like Cars, Ratatouille, Meet the Robinsons, Wall-E, Up, Toy Story 3 & Cars 2. Unfortunately, when we went to see Toy Story 3 & Cars 2, I cried at the very end (Everyone cried at the end at Toy Story 3). After that, I didnt want to go there again because I might cry again. I didnt go until 2015, when we went to see Inside Out & I didnt cry at all! After that, we went to see several different movies like, Minions, The Good Dinosaur, Zootopia & The Angry Birds Movie. Were planning to see Finding Dory on June 17th to celebrate Pixars 30th Anniversary. Overall, I think Regal is the best movie theater in the world! Their soda & candy is really good, they have the best popcorn, their roller coaster is amazing & they have really good movies for everyone to enjoy!

The person selling tickets (who had just come from inside the theater as the line was getting long) said the air conditioning was broken in that the theater showing the movie we wanted to see, and if we bought the ticket, it was not refundable. However, she would not say how long ago it had broken, and whether or not it was currently cool or hot. So, I asked the guy tearing tickets and he said "It is HOT!!!" Although it is possible she didnt know, I dont believe her. I think she knew and that is why she wouldnt say. She was probably told not to say, to sell the most possible tickets. I see from reading the other reviews that I can now expect a boilerplate "Thank you for sharing your experience with us ... " and they wont learn a thing from this negative review, just as they did not learn from the ones before.

Came to see the first showing on a Saturday morning of the new Beauty and the Beast. The showing was sold out so we opted for the 3D. Stood in a forever long line in concessions and see they have a collectible deal cup and popcorn for $9.95. They have it posted at each register. I thought cool well do that since it was my daughter and I. I get to the register ask for that and she says it sold out this morning. Hmmm maybe they should have it posted instead of offering a better deal to their ridiculously priced concessions. Dont advertise something you DONT HAVE. I cannot believe the price of an outing for a family. Over-rated and overcharged!

I dont know when theaters started thinking that our time wasnt valuable but it would seem they do now. I just watched Captain America: Civil War at Regal Lancaster Mall. The showtime was set for 7:15pm. We arrived at 6:45 and were let into the theater at 7pm. The show didnt start until after 8pm because of all the commercials and previews they wanted to show, which they didnt start showing till probably 7:10pm. Why is it that filling the room with people that paid good money to watch is not good enough? Why do they have to "steal" our time as well as taking our money? The movie was great, the theater is horrible.

this company is a right wing Nazi company they are quick to show the movie Hillarys america and bash the democratic party. Good luck trying to find the movie ghost busters at their theater. neither one of the ones in Salem have it and neither does the one in Corvallis. Stay away from this theater and go watch it at a different theater. carmike is a right wing theater as well and its playing the same crap. Shame on this business for promoting the crap that comes out of trumps fat mouth. This is Oregon and we are liberal and hate trump and the republicans cant change that.

I went here only because the show I wanted to see wasnt available at Cinnebarre. And I regret it. The theatre is poorly designed, it was too hot and the show was too loud. The aisles are so narrow that its nearly impossible to get past other audience members without them having to get up, and Im not a big guy. On top of that, the commercials went on and on and on, and frankly, too many previews as well. I love the previews as much as the next person, but I think I counted at least ten.

Great Theater, but LOUSY popcorn. been three times in the last 3 months. staff was great, clean place, but the POPCORN is the most cardboard tasting stuff ive ever had.....i tried it three times and trashed it all three, and told management two times...... seems corporate thinks cheaper is better... yuch!!!! tasted like it was five days old and the worst flavor (none) of any ive ever had. sneak your own in and enjoy the movies but dont buy their junk.

My complaints: 1. Rows are too narrow 2. Seats recline too much (particularly bad given #1) 3. Volume WAY too loud - heard multiple people complaining, some covering ears 4. Ticket Sales outside 5. Temperature in theater too warm 6. Screen not very large (Theater 11) 7. Expensive (especially considering all of the above) Ill only be back for movies that I feel must be seen on a big screen, and that arent showing at better cinemas.

If you want to see a movie and nothing more, this is the theater to go to. This theater is exactly what youd expect and just a little bit more. The ticket prices are on par with most theaters, and the concessions are expectedly overpriced. But with Northern Lights and Cinebarre offering full meals in the theater, we only come here when we want to see a movie in the theater and not eat.
