I love this location. I hate the crowds & this place is rarely packed unless its Friday opening night of a blockbusting hit release. Most of my experiences have been during the daytime matinee and its awesome having the whole theater to yourself!! Also i work with developmentally disabled adults & if they want to see a new movie i can take them for $8.75-$9.00 (matinee) & because Im a careprovider, i get in for FREE!!! Thats awesome because my clients love going so I can everything for free, & all Ive gotta do is sign in who I am /who i work for & whats the name of the movie i will be watching that day. Also the staff here are very patient and understanding about some of my clients behavior quirks.

I really like that they still use a mostly flat screen. All of the curved ones distort the image and make the center seats the only place to see a decent picture. The curved screen is just a fad that doesnt enhance anyones experience. Its nice to see that not everyone is jumping to the latest and "greatest." The biggest con for me is that they dont seem to have a subwoofer in their theaters. I never expected to go to a first run theater, hear an explosion, and think "I wish we were watching this at home." I spent a bit on my home system but certainly not professional theater money.

They have a great policy in allowing personal care providers in for no charge. A big thank you and kudos to Regal from our family for having this policy. Carmike makes them pay. I will not eat anything at Regal though. They are not affordable for my budget. I enjoy the freebies from being a regal club card holder though! A second kudos to Regal Cinemas. Also I feel their restrooms are to far away from the theater rooms. You miss too much of the movie, taking several minutes just to walk there!

This is the worst theater Ive been to in many years! Ive seen 2 shows here and will never go back. This place is old, run down, dirty and theyre charging like its a new-state of the art theater. Its not! Not even close. Head down to Springfield-$5 a show, far better atmosphere, nice theater and its only 30 min drive. Family of 4 cost in Albany around $40 - Springfield around $20. Half the price and it wont even cost you $5 in gas. Thats like getting all your popcorn and drinks for free!

This theater is just... horrible. Tiny, geto looking, they reuse popcorn from the day before to save money, the people that work there are miserable, and their ticket prices are just astronomical. Unless youre a senior there really isnt even a discount, and even then its not by much. Not to mention they will not show specific movies because they are being controlled by the Church, which only wants them to show appropriate movies. WTF?

Stopped over night here watched Harry Potter. I was driving a semi truck the manager was accommodating not many cinemas let us park in their property. We (truck drivers) are like every one else we need the good restaurants now & then we love to watch movies, not a lot of businesses allow us to park in their property except to deliver to them. Over all good experience @ the regal7

The employees are always very friendly. Ive never experienced a dirty theater room, and the bathrooms are usually in order. The theater rooms are nothing special, and might even be considered smaller now. For $10+ per ticket, the Carmike is a much better value, as you get bigger screens, and better picture and sound quality.

Its an ok little Cinema. Great picture, terrible sound systems. They seriously need to tune the sound system for every film because when they just leave it the same level the bass blows out and the treble makes a surround sound experience sound 2D

We love the location of this theater & weve always enjoyed the fact that its never too crowded. Although, that may be due to the price of admission & concessions, as they are steep. Overall, their movie selection is great for a small town.

In general, Im a fan of Regal Cinemas. This branch seems to keep a good selection of movies going and as friendly staff. But, the facility isnt that clean and is hard to notice when driving by. It kinda seems like an old warehouse.

Watched the second Guardians of the Galaxy here. Overall pretty good. Sound and picture was nice and seating was good (no one was sitting in front of us). Only problem was we could here sounds from outside the theater.

They look at me suspicious when Im just trying to watch a movie in peace. Literally Im here alone, I have the movie to myself, in peace. They even came in checked when Im the only one here haha.

This, like most mainstream movie theater chains shows most of the current/first run movies, with comfortable enough theatres. Admission and concessions however, are outrageously expensive.

I love the new 3D, its so much better than the projectors used at the Carmike. The popcorn is better as well. I like having a local options plus better equipment.

This is a good little theater. It does have 3D available - but the size of Albany means it doesnt attract huge crowds. See even midnight releases easily!

The seating isnt on a incline like other theatres, so its hard to see the whole screen if people are sitting in front of you.
