Bad service. The main girl, I think she was the manager... Wasnt compliant. The movie before ours went longer than expected and then when it was over the screen was black for 8 minutes after that. Our movie was suposs to start way before that. Us and another couple sat in there just wondering what was going on for a good 15 min. We got no free movie tickets, no sorry, nothing. Customer service is key. Next time maybe she needs to think about what we expect when we come to the movies and pay 45 in tickets and 45 in food. We want the whole movie expierence and if there happens to be problems we want something in return from you taking away our whole expierence. Figure it out.

Im generally a traditionalist when it comes to movies, so I was not entirely happy with the switch to all-digital projection not long ago. However, for multiplexes that dont have actual projectionists, it has meant fewer errors translated to the screen. I guess the same guy slinging popcorn can also push "play" on the PC upstairs. The constant up-selling at concessions slows down the process immensely. I stood behind a group of people who ordered, then had to decline the larger version of their order, before the guy went to get the order. Wasted time.

No! Just No! A/c was out, management knew about it! I spoke to her, she said Over 90 people were in there I know it was really hot the a/c is broken. Wow, what a slum of a manager! Selling tickets and not telling people a/c is out. Everyone was sweating and fanning themselves, kiddos asking to leave... People in the nose bleed got it the worst! We paid 50$ for tickets and 40$ consessions. Save yourself and choose wisely... We will not be back. Unless we see an ice age in our lifetime! We choose poorly*_*

A lot of the biggest movies have their opening nights at Lancaster Mall and although there are usually 2-3 big movies here a lot of the movies with smaller profits are showed at this theater. You can often find at least one hidden gem here that no one is taking about. The staff are friendly and professional and I havent noticed any problems with the projectors or stereos. There is a good selection of arcade games to keep you busy if you find yourself passing time in the lobby.

Boy what a disappointing theater.. An example of whats wrong with cinemas that dont respect the craft theyre selling. A crying baby was let into War for the Planet of the Apes. Plus 2 passes of an usher w/bright red lantern, slowly walking across the front, "for safety" - in response to the great & terrible Batman shooting of... when was that again..? 2 stars only because the on-duty manager gave us passes to return, presumably to have another irritating night at Regal..

I have been here many times, with no problem, but last Friday, my mom and I went to see the Christian movie, Priceless. It was only rated PG-13, and they were playing R trailers, with VERY scandalous sex scenes and I dont mean just one; almost every ad they played was one of those. I am not happy about it, as I thought they were not allowed to display ads that were over the feature movies rating. I probably will not be back to this Regal Cinema Theater.

I really like this Regal Movie Theater. They got amazing popcorn, tasty soda, great candy, really good movies for everyone, & the famous Rollercoaster Policy that everyone knows. Me & my family went to see Disney & Pixars Cars in 2006 to celebrate Pixars 20th Anniversary, and Disney & Pixars Finding Dory this year to celebrate Pixars 30th Anniversary too. I like this more than the Lancaster Mall Regal, but its good too.

Went and saw Battleship with my relatives, thought the screen looked weird at first, almost square, then I realized it was Sony 4k. I think this is the sharpest and best movie experience Ive had except barring Avatar 3d at a normal theater.... Super sharp, very detailed, and didnt experience the HI Def motion flicker I see in the new movies when action is happening fast. All in all, great!

I am standing outside with my daughter it is freezing cold 46 degrees. The movie is suppose to start at 10:30 so we came early but we are still outside and it is 10:35. Staff came into the ticket booth to grab the ticket stand at 10:30 but they did not say a thing to us like "sorry we are a little behind be with you in a min". I am very upset. I will not come here again.

Nice roomy seats - kid friendly games to play while you wait - unfortunately the games werent marked well enough for our excited 10 to 6 year olds . They lost tokens and coins to uncooperative coin operations on the machines. But the restrooms were clean and neat and the sound was great too. Basically a pretty good experience for the gang!

11 large auditoriums with some of the most comfortable seating Ive ever had. This theater tends to stick to the blockbuster type films, so if you are a documentary or indie film lover, try Stadium 13 down the street or Salem Cinema downtown. Remember to sign up for the loyalty card, it can take the edge off some rather spendy tickets.

Its kind of a weird location (Im not sure what they were thinking). Its not visible from the street. I love that regal cinemas has a loyalty card that you dont actually need the card for. Download the app and you can earn rewards like free popcorn and movies without showing your card (you show the barcode on your smartphone).

The theater was clean, bathrooms were easy to find with plenty of stalls and entrances, the floor in the theater wasnt sticky or dirty and the seats were relatively comfortable. There were no tears or marks on the screen we watched and the movie played without any issues.

i liked the theater itself and the fact that it has more movies available than cinema 11 at lancaster mall, but i was PISSED when i got carded for an R rated movie. I am over 18 and do not feel that I look 17. Had to drive all the way back home to get my ID!

Nice theater a bit on the older side but the screens are good quality and so is the sound. No automated ticket machine agave to wait in line for someone to sell you a ticket. Concessions lines were longer than expected.

Over priced food and drink sold here. Obviously its a movie theater. But Y buy a 1.25$ candy for $3-4.50 or a 32 oz pop for $4-5....if your smart youd hit up the Walmart and get ur goodies there before hand.

This is a really nice theater, the movie selection is rather large. I come from oklahoma, and the theaters there are much cheaper. The matinee prices are 8.25$ and regular are 10.25$ for tickets.

Everybody was very nice and helpful, one of my children couldnt make it through the movie so they helped me out. And personally I love neon so it was nice to see neon every where

A lot of movies to chose from, and friendly staff. Overall usually pretty clean, and the movies are very high quality. My only issue is pricing, but overall it isnt to bad.

Ticket prices keep going up yet no improvements in theater. With ticket prices continually going up, it is to the point of not being able to go to the movies anymore.
