I would recommend against utilizing this space. The staff are nice but they provide extremely little actual service for the money you pay. A single day can run you three grand just for the space. You will be setting up tables and chairs, youll be cleaning afterwords and youll be hard pressed to have reliable communication. We had a number of event coordinators who didnt really coordinate anything and didnt appear to talk with each other every time we gave them new information. Beautiful building and decor on the inside but for the money I would recommend booking a more established and professional venue.

Beautiful space. Horrible staff. Not for the laid back bride. Must be a bride that will argue, pester, and follow up like crazy. Took 3 phone calls, 3 emails, and 2 facebook messages just to get site visit. Waiting 4 months for them to respond to get a catering tasting scheduled. Prices of things varied depending on who you spoke with. Day of Coordinator charge is a waste of money if going through this venue. Our main POC in the end was late to meetings and brought her personal friends to our event.

Beautiful event space! As an event planner, I love being able to come in and do whatever the heck I want, and this is one of the places you can do this. A well appointed ballroom plus a breakout studio and a couple of bonus rooms. Full commercial kitchen with any caterer and bartender you like. Two gorgeous apartments. Interesting outdoor opportunities for those with imagination. Really love this site, a gem in St. Johns.
