This place is amazing. Wed been working with Amanda for months to plan our wedding at the Laurelhurst Club, and she consistently provided timely, helpful responses, showed tremendous patience in answering all of our questions, and was flexible in accommodating a number of site visits leading up to our wedding day. The day itself, Andrea was our site contact, and she was absolutely LOVELY. She was so helpful. She was also totally available while making us feel completely at-ease to make the space our own. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and the existing infrastructure (twinkly lights and globe chandeliers as permanent fixtures, chairs and tables available onsite, archway and deck for an outdoor ceremony, kitchen for staging food or stocking replenishments, built-in sound system, PLUS the gorgeous Laurelhurst Park right across the street for beautiful photos) made our lives so much easier. If youre having a smallish wedding (less than 150 people--we had about 130) I cant recommend this place highly enough. It was perfect. Thank you, Laurelhurst Club, for helping make our wedding fun, easy, and earnest to us. I wouldnt change a thing. -The Teals

Poor indoor sound system (no permanent outdoor sound system) which gave "coffee-can" sound to music and heavy feedback with microphone use. Air circulation/temperature control are dated which left most guests sweating indoors on the warm summer afternoon. Restroom facilities leave guests with no privacy; The only bathroom stalls are located in the changing areas/coat rooms. Guests are limited to public street parking with no reserved or handicap parking. Little (maybe 1?) to no facility personnel present throughout the attended event. This is a small venue intended for a limited size crowd - More than 50 attendees could be uncomfortable for most. Outdoor area was well maintained. City park located across the street.

I think the place is kind of groovy.
