Went to Splash a few weekends ago and had a a good time. Returned last night (5-7-16) with two other friends. Ordered each of us a mango rum bucket and was told the total was $22.00. Its in my nature to instantly notice that 3 doesnt equally divide into 22 but hey $7.33333... for a bucket not bad so I opened a tab. By the end of the night I didnt add anything else to the tab so I went to close it. The "red-headed" bartender "Ginger" told me my card was declined (another story) so I said I would be right back so that I could go get some cash from my friend. Before I did that I asked what the total was to double check and she said $34.00. Hmm another number that doesnt equally divide into 3. So now the price jumped to $11.33333... a bucket. I asked why it went from $22.00 to $34.00 and she said it was because my friend ordered a double! Well first off my friend didnt even order her drink I ordered all three so I had my two friends go back to the bar with me and asked her which of them was it that ordered a double. I also asked the male bartender that was working with her how much buckets were and he said $9.00. By that point she was noticeably bothered and her attitude was escalating. I told her that 9 times 3 is 27 and she couldnt even acknowledge the simple math her only response was repeating "your card was declined, your card was declined" I told her that was irrelevant because the bill was getting paid! Then she said, "fine if its that big of deal then 27 Ill cut you a deal". So how is that cutting a deal if thats the price?? Obviously she was caught over charging. My friend paid by card and she STILL charged it $34.00. There was no point arguing anymore so my friend signed the receipt and needless to say left zero tip! Next thing you know "Ginger" posts a picture of the receipt on her Snapchat saying, "Ohhh Thank You!". So my TIP to Ginger is to go back to school and take a BASIC math class! You would think that being a bartender that skill would be a minimum requirement. After leaving I asked one of the security if the owner would be available by phone if I were to call during the week. He asked why and I said it was regarding a complaint and he got Amanda the manager for me. I told her the story and she seemed confused as well to why the prices didnt match up and also said that they dont serve "doubles" in buckets. She asked my name and said the next time I go to find her and she would give me a couple of buckets. So future and existing customers of Splash BEWARE of GINGER and her random prices and over charging!

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service and extremly rude employee at the front. Had heard about this place and was super excited to try it last night but after waiting in line we got inside and was told that the cover for girls was $10 and $15 for guys (Anything over $10 is outrageous, this isnt Vegas.) Right after we heard how much it was gonna be my group of 6 and I decided that we will take our money somewhere else but one of the girls in our group had already paid her cover, so we politely asked the girl taking the money if she could just quickly get her $10 back and they can wipe off her stamp, no big deal just a quick and easy process since she had literally just handed the money to the woman not even 30 seconds ago. She did her job at first and just said she was going to have to get a managers approval, which I completely understand, and to wait on the side. So we did as she asked and waited on the side while another older woman came up next to the first woman and just stared at us. So after waiting and being glared at by that woman for a couple minutes of what it seemed like nothing being done, my boyfriend walks over and just asks both the women if a manager was going to come over and if our friend could get her money back. The older woman continues to stare and glare at him and our group. My boyfriend asks again saying that it wasnt a big deal if not we just wanted an answer so we could get out of there. And the lady just stares at my boyfriend as she talks over her headset asking security to come to the front (and just an FYI my entire group was right next to them when this was happening) and all of a sudden she tells us were kicked out and she follows us out the door and as were walking out the woman pushes my boyfriend from behind, out the door. SHE PUSHED HIM WHEN HE WAS ALREADY WALKING OUT THE DOOR. And then she continued to mock and rudely wave while saying "bye bye" to us. It was the rudest experience at a club Ive ever had. I didnt even get to enjoy the bar but I plan to never step foot in that place again. They should definitely consider who they have working for them if they want people to come to their bar. And I will also make sure to tell anyone who mentions that bar to me about this experience so they dont have to be treated the way that we were treated last night.

I usually love going to this bar but this time I left my card there. I was not by any means wasted. My designated driver was with me as well but we left in a hurry because someone in our party was sick. This was a Saturday. I realised that I had left my card as soon as I had gotten home that night and called them first thing Sunday morning. There voicemail says to text them for a faster response so I did. I text them my name and also that I had left my debit card. They need to update their social platforms because it says that they do not open until Wednesday at five PM on Yelp. They then proceeded to charge me six dollars on top of my thirty-nine dollar bill. Not only had I reached out to them and not gotten a response but there hours were listed incorrectly online. I then called on Tuesday morning when I saw that I had been charged! I called them back angry and then they called right away and told me that they opened at five that day. The girl on the phone said nothing and was actually kind of rude! While, a few bars will charge a percent of you do leave your card for a certain time period but they usually notify you. I was not notified. And on top of that, I did what I could to get my card back on time. This really is sad because I like going to this bar but I wont be returning back with a card anytime soon.

First time at this bar last night. And worst experience ever.I walked in payed my fee for my best friends 21st. Went to the bathroom.. While I came out the security gard pulled me and one girl with me and said we were kicked out? They had no reason to kick us out. The ladies that were letting us in didnt want to give me a risit band but made us pay $10 to get in. I never got my money back or an explanation of why we got kicked out. I will never be coming back here again. The least they could of done is showed some kind of respect and tell us why we got kicked out and our money back.
