Kids (4 thru 8) love the jungle maze. We dont bowl, but the facilities look to be very nice. There are also batting cages. My daughter had a blast at the birthday party she attended. The fly in the ointment for me is the arcade. Its what they call a "redemption" arcade meaning that instead of classic games - or indeed, hardly any games at all - the machines nearly all cost at least $1 and all give out tickets, which can be redeemed (after an agonizing wait and frustrating decision making for the parents) for cheap plastic trash. On the plus side theyve gone all electronic with both tickets and cash stored on a magnetic card. On the minus side, the "games" nearly all boil down to some sort of gambling, hidden behind varying degrees of skill, and effectively none actually achievable by the kids the prizes are aimed at. Average play time per dollar is less than 30 seconds. Its a noisy, flashy, overwhelming place that draws kids like flies to honey, kids who should be playing in the maze or bowling. I wont ban my kids from Park Lanes, but I certainly wont be hosting parties there, now goings it of my way to visit otherwise. Its too rough on them.

We came to the establishment for a night of bowling. It took over two hours for a lane to open up after we were told 45 minutes, which kept adding up. The customer servicing was lacking and the employes at the front desk were very rude. We had a Groupon and used it to get our food and play three games (that is what $5 buys you!) while we waiting out the 45 minutes. After an hour, I went up to ask how long until a lane opened up and got the answer of 45 minutes. At this time, I was frustrated because we were told 45 mins already. We waited out a bit more before leaving because of the horrible service. Therefore, I spent a bit of money (I am a college student!) to bowl but did not get the chance to and received rude service. I think I will stick to other bowling alleys for now on. In case anyone is wondering, Big Als and Sunset Lanes are a few other establishments to bowl at.

This place Is really fun. Tons of games and lanes, they also have batting cages. Unfortunately their staff are extremely rude. I was so turned off by their attitudes. My daughter went in to bowl, asked for bumpers, and they VERY rudely denied her request because "bumpers are for small children", she told me that she was offended by how rude they were. We used to bowl there all the time, however i will never subject my children to being down right mistreated. The end result is that we will NEVER bowl there again. We will now bowl at the Four Seasons Bowling alley in downtown Hillsboro where they actually have kind, friendly, and helpful staff that do whatever they can to meet your every request. Long story short... if you dont like being treated rudely than i wouldnt reccomend this place.

Just purchased the groupon and took my family here last weekend, what a great time! Ill admit I was a bit turned off a first, weve NEVER had to wait to bowl, but the deal with the groupon gave us some money to spend in the arcade while we waited. The employees were very friendly and helpful (not so much at the ticket redememption counter but everywhere else), especially for a busy no school day! My boys (3 and 6) love to bowl and this was the first place we didnt all have to use bumpers just because they did, the desk automatically set it up just for the kids=) They also have neat step 2 type dragon push contraptions (instead of just metal) that just made it even more fun for the kids! We will definitely be back as we didnt even realize they had year round reasonably priced batting cages!

Kind of a creepy place. No one seems to work there, the arcade games eat your money and the play area is for lack of a better word, creepy. Not to mention its way overpriced, especially that said play area / gym, and the vibe there is straight up 1992. Seriously we walked around twice trying to find someone to pay the crazy $6 fee for our kid to climb the gym structure before we walked out. We couldnt even find someone to cash out our points. Sure we could have went to the restaurant section or the bowling shoes area, but not worth the wait. We left pretty frustrated. Im sure others had a better time than us, but the overall experience here was pretty negative from beginning to end.

Hands down the coolest bowling alley I have ever been to. Amenities include a lounge, snack bar, arcade with redemption games, a jungle gym that runs through two rooms, batting cages, and a bowling alley. They seem to have a selection of several affordable leagues, as well as an indoor corn hole league. In the summer , registered kids can bowl two free games a day. Adult family members can join in the fun for a reasonable fee, making this a great place to take the family. The jungle gym is normally 6 dollars for unlimited play, but on weekdays from 2-5 it is only 3, and I cannot stress how huge it is.

The bowling lane prices are a little steep for me. Also note that they are by the hour, as our group discovered on frame 7 when our game ended. Their arcade has a few old-school options, as well as a couple racing and shooting games, but most seem to be the tickets-for-prizes kind. I am looking forward to going back in order to try out the batting cages, since theyre the only ones in the area. However, theyre outside. So it cant be raining, and it has to have been dry long enough for the pavement to dry out completely as well.

Ii dont like that you let people that bowl in league bowl on the same lanes that they are that night. I dont like the way that the front desk person throws things at you and not hand it to you. And the last thing that I dont like like is that you put people from open bowl next to a league bowler and that is not right at all. So I will never come here and will tell my friends and family not to bowl here ever.

Great family entertainment. The place looks a little retro since it is not new, but who cares. That makes it seem like a bowling alley that we all grew up with. The fact that they have plenty of lanes, a batting cage, a game room with lots of video games and ticket winning games, a childrens climbing maze, snack bar, and full restaurant and bar make it a family destination.

Cute little place for families to go. Good game selection, though many of their games are broken. It kind of smells like feet. The food was ok, although way over priced on some stuff. Decent ice cream and beverage selection. The bathrooms were clean and wide enough for a double wide stroller. My kids I nanny for had a good time. The baby changing table is dirty.

Many thing make this place good but not great. Okay play area, arcade area should be expanded, food menu need an upgrade, bar is decent with good servers, and a plus is the lanes are updated. There are lots of competitions and bowling activities that happen here. The prices are par with what you get from most bowling alleys these days. Good spot for Hillsboro.
