A lovely place to spend the day. Theres lots of trees, so we were plenty cool despite the summer heat. The picnic tables are well spaced out so that you get to have your own space. Theres a play area for children restrooms with good disability access and a general Pleasant atmosphere. The only problems I saw was that the garbage cans were overfilled, and we had to move from the tables we had been at because someone else had reserved them and there was no indication of that. I wish there had been some indication. Otherwise, it was a perfect afternoon.

Fun to take just about anyone and to walk your dog at the park. Kiddy pool & playground to use during the summertime. Portland Public Parks runs programs for any age for fun safe activities. Indoor swimming pool is open year round and swimming lessons and exercise classes, weight room & stationary bicycles, row machines etc. Indoor basketball court & actives hall for gatherings & dances. Cool staff. My family and I have enjoyed Mt Scott for many years.

This is one if my favorite places in the city. The rec center is awesome for classes, exercise, and swimming. There is roller skating and indoor park time in the basement. The park has beautiful old trees, tennis courts, horse shoe pits, a small baseball diamond, and an awesome playground. There is also a great running/walking loop around the perimeter. Space Monkey, Arletta library, and the Mercado are close too!

Its a flat green space, but decent sized and very shaded. Several picnic areas but not a ton of privacy. This park is a hot spot for Pokémon go nests. It also contains the biggest/most awesome community center for kids. Huge Water Park with lots of slides and features, skating rink, basketball court (all indoor/year round). Im sure theres more I havent discovered

A real gem. Surrounded by bustling streets, but once you walk deep into the park the noise becomes greatly reduced due to the densely packed trees. There are facilities for indoor and putdoor recreational sports. The community center has a roller rink, basketball court, pool, and exercise equipment. It is a safe and very active park.

This park is a great spot to slow down and take a break. Theres many picnic tables to have a seat and well maintained walking trails throughout the park. Its a great shaded area to escape the city on a hot summer day. A great spot for parties also, families and children.

Nice local park under the shade of century old Doug firs. The playground is a little different. Your kids may enjoy the change. Plenty of picnic tables for summer parties or lunches. The rec center is the best in SE with a large pool and plenty of gym space.

A nice large park. I only visited because in 2016, Portlands World naked Bike Ride started there.. However, they do have tennis courts, picnic areas, a play ground, and lots of big trees. It is a generally a quiet suburban area

I swim here weekly. It is a beautiful little park and community center and I love the swim classes. My only reason not to rate it five stars is that sometimes the chlorine in the pool is so strong that it aggravates my asthma.

Ive only been to the pool here, and it was super fun! Theres a big water slide, a short lazy river, a whirlpool, and toys and spouts to play with. The park outside is gorgeous with lots of trees. Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous, peaceful, clean - never seen anything suspicious here - no places to hide. A lovely playground too - Not to mention Mt. Scott Community Center is right there - but thats a different 5 star review.

Its has a nice layout. Also if youre playing Pokémon Go if you follow the path around to get the poke stops by the time youre back at the beginning they would have respawned.

Amazing park! Just big enough to where it feels spacious, but not so big that youd get lost. Nice assortment of equipment and I especially love the indoor pool area!

Beautiful shady park with a large playground. Plenty of space for privacy among the conifers, and less shady characters than most city parks in Portland.

Shady playground is delightful in the summer. Group picnic areas are reservable, and there are paved walking trails through mature fir trees.

The pool is great. The rink is OK. It has support beams in the middle of the rink, which makes it a little tricky.
