Reviews are really a waste of time because of legitimacy. We live in a World now where people (especially the internet dwellers) are dissatisfied by absolutely everything and wants everyone to know how negative, unimpressed and everything sucks. Also, the grip on reality is always shocking. Its like people suddenly woke from a coma from 1950. Your complaining about movie theaters being expensive? No, really? They always have been. Your not paying for the neon lights either. Also, try looking at the bigger picture. I dont own a movie theater, I wish. But, I assume they really are not pulling in as much as many think. Anyway, my point is this 1 STAR reviews are obsolete. Just skip them. They are those that were having a pissy day like everyday and want to whine to the World. Misery loves company ideal. These are the people that could have a fluffy cloud to sit on, Dom to drink, and a gummi bear to make out with for under $5 and theyll still complain. I didnt like that my toe was covering the screen partially even though I could have just moved it. This place sucks! So what I am really trying to get out there. Change your attitude/perspective. What is being whiny and unhappy about everything really doing for you. Relax, mellow out and try to be happy that we have movie theaters. Seriously, who the hell buys a hot dog from the theater? Im going there to watch a movie. Not be a connoisseur of their menu, or review their interior design/architectural choices. If I had a complaint it would be the level of absolute inconsideration and lack of respect that movie goers have for their fellow movie goers. We are not in your living room so keep your mouth to a whisper or better yet silent. Keep that phone on vibrate and in your pocket or purse. If you really really need to see the latest Bieber status update or instagram, leave the theater. No one wants to see you floating glowing screen.

This was my favorite theater for sure! Reclining seats and the location is close to shopping center. However, the staff have slowly gotten more rude over time. Today, my sister and I came to see a movie. We purchased our movie via gift card through fandango. When we got to our seats, a little girl had dumped a bunch of trash (ice cream) on the seat. Rather than make it a big deal, we decided to change our seats. When we approached the first person, he directed us to his associate. The associate was assisting a group of seniors. He was impatient with them because on of them was in a wheelchair. At first, he was refusing to allow the wheelchair space to be reserved. Finally, he let them book a space. He was being very short with them. Once we got up to him, we asked him to move our seats. His response to what movie we were seeing was - "well you arent going to find a better seat." He showed us the seating chart. We tried to select the B row. Which he told us he couldnt give us until 1:15pm. I just asked to be refunded. We would return at a different time. No big deal right? Nope. He threw a fit. When it got to part where he had to refund it. He asked for our card. Which we only had cash and contact solution with us. No cards. Only ID. He angerily asked what we purchased our tickets with. I told him a gift card via fandango. He tried to refuse to give us back the money, even on a gift card. Which we then prepared to walk away. My sister walked off, I grabbed my phone away from him. He angerily hit a button and handed me cash. Meanwhile, the first gentleman we worked with was giving out the B row to another customer. We will not be back. This was ridiculous!

I was initially worried when this theater switched over to the recliner chairs/reserved seat model, thinking it would become too expensive and would eventually go out of business for lack of customers. However, business seems to be good and now I only see movies at another theater when theyre not available at Evergreen. I absolutely love the reserved seating model and the recliners are amazingly comfortable (although the leather on some do make a hideous fart-like noise when reclining, so consider yourself warned). Knowing I can show up right at the start time for the movie and I dont have to fight for a seat or worry if there are any left means its low stress and now my wife (who absolutely loves movies) gets me to go to more movies because of it. Add to this the convenience of buying tickets and reserving your seats through either the Regal or Fandango, and using your phone as the ticket (and Regal card), its completely worth the price. The concessions are good and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I think theyre more relaxed because their customers are more relaxed. My only wish would be that they could show more independent films so I didnt need to go downtown to Fox Towers to see those types of movies. If youre looking for a comfortable place to relax and watch the latest Blockbuster, Id highly recommend Regal Evergreen theaters.

Would never go to any Regal cinema again until I see changes in the fixed seating policy. We purchased two RPX tickets last Friday to see Sully. When we go to sit, there was a lady with her kid that was sitting in one of our chairs. She refused to move one seat over and sit in her own. Even the polite manager at the time could not reason with her as she wanted to avoid an confrontation. Even though we got our money back and a future ticket voucher, no one should go through that. A fixed seat is yours for the entire duration of the movie. So what if someone goes to get popcorn and someone else is taking their seat when they come back? Since fixed seating is a new system here in the US, I suggest that a better policy be put in place to protect movie goers like us from an incident like this. At least some Courtesy signs or a theatre announcement to educate people who think they have the right to do whatever they want without anyone to stop them.

This theater is a terrible place to go if you are taking anyone in a wheelchair. I took my sister here and all of the handicapped seats were taken. One family finally realized that there was someone in a wheelchair that needed that space and moved for us. The doors leading into the building and into the theater are not handicapped accessible at all. One lady even slammed the door on my sister after looking back and seeing there was someone in a wheelchair. The counters at concessions and the ticket booth are too tall for someone in a wheelchair to order easily. The womens restroom was too narrow for maneuvering a wheelchair. The so called handicapped accessible stall was not even large enough for my sister to get out of her wheel chair and onto the toilet. I will never bring her here again. Great facility if your not bringing someone with special needs. That earned it two stars for me.

This particular theater has been slowly upgrading all their theaters to become premium experiences. Their RPX screen is very nice, it does cost more to view a film in, and now with all the theaters having electrically reclining leather seats, not sure if the premium is worth it if the rest of the theater is becoming just as nice. The picture is large and bright and the audio is nice and loud yet could be louder in some movies... You can now select your seats for every show time. They upgraded their Regal Crown Membership too and you get to choose (when you want, not just when you earn it) from some cool movie related loot, free tickets, or free concessions now. I think the RPX also has rumble seats, the last action packed movie I saw there was shaking the seats like crazy during the heavy bass moments! Friendly staff too, quick on ticket sales and concession fulfillment!
