Very disappointed... With parks amenities.... The bathrooms were locked down at 10pm... The laundry facilities as well. The only soda machine is in the locked laundry room. Truth be told this is nothing more than a trailer park the has managed to throw in a few extra spots by the river that they rent to TVs or pop up campers. There is no store close other this umm very limited low end store that is not open past 9 I think. The spaces for RVers are in the very back of the park, yes by the river BUT there is no access to that river. Hope that there is one day soon more thought is put into what RVers / vacationers would want or just simply zip it up and call it what it is..... A trailer park.

The bad reviews are rediculas!! Shamrock RV is under NEW MANAGEMENT as of 5/6 months ago the maintenance is great and has been here for years. The New manager is very nice and business like. We DONT have "HOMELESS TRANSIT" walking thru our yards stealing our things, if the maintenance crew is up and running by 9:00 AM THEN YOU SHOULD BE TOO. SIMPLE AS THAT... This Park is a good place to live and as WITH ANYTHING...There are some drawbacks.....The train! The train! OMGOSH!! PEOPLE GROW UP!! GO TO WALMART, buy you some Silicone EARPLUGS... INSERT IN THE TWO HOLES ON EACH SIDE OF YOUR HEAD AND VUALAAA!!!! THE SOUND IS BLOCKED OUT.......

Closed at 5pm the office, no one answered the phone & after waiting 5 minutes and about to leave a lady came oit and said they are full and the ones we see open are taken. Came off rude and didnt bother helping us by suggesting another location or anything. Instead walked right back in her trailer. This place is too cramped for big rigs. Had one heck of a time turning around and when we did we went down the wrong side of the driveway, the concrete curb in the center is stupid and no way can any rv bigger then 38 ft can turn around and manage to get on thw right side of the driveway to exit.

Weve been here a couple days and I have to assume that there have been changes here since the negative reviews I read about the place. We came here because it was close to where we needed to be. The place is a bit run down but the staff are friendly, accommodating, and the park is reasonably clean. There are numerous permanent RVs and mobile homes but not so many that a traveler need fee uncomfortable. There are multiple free WiFi nodes and while service isnt exceptional its as good or better than many places weve been, and its free. Not great, not bad -- Its OK.

I wasnt sure about this place until we moved here. Wow was I surprised at how pretty it is along the river and how friendly everyone is. Its kept up and clean. You have a little yard and space around you that you can plant flowers and decorate. Its a quiet place no parties or troubles. Im super happy we are there. It is not such a good place for kids in my opinion because of the close quarters of the RVs. There is nothing for them to do. Theres no fence between the park and the river. Kids are just so spontainious.

So far its been a nice place to stay. The people are friendly, however everybody can get nervous when people are moving their fifth wheel in the space because we are close together so it takes some skill to get in the space. But the overnighters have easier time to park because its in the back alongside the curb where the river is at and some picnic tables and some grass and trees. Lots of shade back there and comfortable. I like it so far. Its also a good place for Eugene and Springfield access.

This place is probably fine if you want to live there for a few months. I booked it thinking it was a regular RV campground. There are only a few overnight spots and you have to park parallel to the curb of the sidewalk. Our electrical and water wouldnt even reach. My reservation stated full hookup but the gal in the office said that is just what I requested. The gal in the office was really sweet and gave us a refund.

Management is nit picky and rude, the only nice staff member here is the maintenance man. No space for visitor parking, two spaces for office parking. The trees are a hazard in the winter because they have not been cut or trimmed, and the power goes out constantly due to an old system that cant handle everyone all at once. Needs to be replaced with a newer system or torn down. Overall I do not recommend this park.

Small lots with a train going by 30 feet from you in the middle of the night. Outrageous fees for what you get! We were told each person over the first two was an additional $2.50 per night and because we have a small dog we could only stay 7 nights - no exceptions. Horrible customer service. Spend a couple extra bucks and go elsewhere.

Maintenance going down hill Fast. Laundry room is the pits. And you get locked out of the bathrooms/showers at night due to street people coming in and a lady getting out of the shower to a man standing in the bathroom with her. Lastly, the locks on the bathrooms are so old that your lucky to be able to get in at all.

They were constantly mowing or pressure washing in the am never a moment of peace and quiet. The manager was rude and abrasive. Very disrespect to me and my beloved dog Hansel. You could smell fecal matter in the air all the time. Not a good overall place for a family. On the bright side the showers werent bad

Grungy asphalt lot... and right there above the fence, blowing its horn on the bridge, the train. So we cut our week to a day and they told my wife, "No refunds."-- so we had to hassle it out of them. We moved north of town to Kamping World. Much better.

There are a few places down by the river, but if you stay in the regular area its very noisy because of the train near by and its right next to an old mobile home park. Not the best location. The price was cheap.

Was kinda worryed about staying there at first. But we stayed a night there. The people around us seemed to be nice. I would stay again. Not a bad place if you are not a stuck up sob.

I stayed here a couple years ago for a month. The rates are reasonable for an extended stay, if you like outdoors activity this is a good Central place.

Not good. No dump site for RV. Noisy. Unsightly mobile home park with 4 RV sites.
