This park is really great for hiking among the tallest trees you could ask for. Beware of flooding in the wet seasons, as some paths will be impossible to traverse. There are lots of dogs being walked and some were (unfortunately) off leash, so keep that in mind if you do not like dogs or have a dog that is reactive. The paths are all easy enough for children while still being interesting. There are bathrooms (season only), nice picnic tables (under cover), and a water fountain (though it was not working when we went, may be seasonal). We will be coming back again.

This is a nice park with paved trails, gravel trails, and bark trails. Our little family enjoyed our walk there today a lot. I saw lots of wild flowers and enjoyed the shade of the tall trees. I took 2 stars away due to the hypodermic needle I nearly stepped on while walking just a few feet away from where we parked. My three year old and five year old were right there with me. Thankfully the cap was on, its probably the only reason I saw it since the cap is orange. Anyway, enjoy this park with caution.

Named after Hillsboro great Charlie Noble who owned Noble Craft and made cabinets employing many people in our fine City! His donation of this wonderful section of forest and the important creek and wetlands area is something that will last forever . Parking lots and bathrooms on both sides . An Important park and trail who which will be part of the Rock Creek trail for centuries to come! Thanks Charlie from Dirk and the crew at Platform Realty Group ! RIP.

This is one of our favorite parks. It feels like youve stepped out of the city and into the heart of the forest. It contains both well-maintained paved and dirt patches. Bare in mind there are 2 loops - an upper and a lower; each has its own parking lot and there are paths connecting them. Dog friendly, beautiful, river views, covered picnic benches, and loads of wildlife.

This park is very near to our home and with a 2 year old its so easy to visit. Great walking trails and cute little bridges to cross. In the winter time or rainy season this area floods so you have to be careful. Other then that great place for families.

The Overlook is a nice short path. The normal paths were flooded over by the rain so everyone had to turn around. It would be beautiful if they raised the bridges and the boardwalk to coincide with the elements outside.

Great park. Excellent scenery. Very good walking in the shade under some older growth large trees. Use caution when walking off the beaten path as there is poison oak and other itchy plants growing in there!

If you want to see large birds, you may have to visit several times. I have not really seen small birds, but Im sure they are there. There are many trees, paved, and dirt trails, streams, and plants.

A lovely inner-city park but recently has been encroached upon by the over development in the area. Otherwise a lovely tiny escape with northwestern water trees and wildlife in the modern suburbia.

Great neighborhood park I walk our dog Rosalie through the forested trails 3 to 5 days a week. The city of Hillsboro does a good job of keeping the park clean and the facilities maintained.

Great but we arent allowed to ride our bikes! Its so much fun to ride bikes through there because you can get going really fast and its just super fun. But beware you could get caught!

A bit deceiving. It looked like there would be tons of trails, but there wasnt. Why isnt there a park in Hillsboro that has at least a 3 miles trail system?? Sigh...

Its a nice park with a gorgeous scenario, but the major turn down is that they dont allow bike riding inside. Some people still ride their bikes beside the signs.
