Let me just start off by saying that the loft and its staff are a cut above. The building is stunning with not only the modern updates and decor but also the rustic beauty. The location and history that surrounds this icon make it that much more special. I reserved the loft this past August 19th 2017 as my reception venue. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional ; not only with thier presence but also in attire. They stay around throughout your time there but are behind the scenes if for some reason you may need them for something. A special thanks to Jessica Newhall for all of your patience in working with us and your second in command. She was superb! From the first time my wife and I visited Astoria, we were walking by the red building as a couple were celebrating thier wedding and she told me " Some day Id like to get married and maybe have my reception in a place like this." I knew at that moment that I had to book it for our wedding because I want nothing more than to give her the most special memory in the place we truly fell in love. So if youre thinking about getting married to the man or woman of your dreams, the north coast and the Red Building Loft have my vote. It was an amazing beautiful experience. Much thanks, The Maerzs

Went here for a wedding. The space was very nice and spacious for a medium-sized affair. The venue provided a nice buffet that was tasty and well-prepared. The only thing that could have been improved was that they do not have the ability to dispense fountain beverages in their upstairs space. The staff was was friendly and attentive.
