First I would like to say that the venue is very beautiful, but the poor customer service we got was not worth spending the money! If I had to do over again I would spend my money elsewhere. They not only treated me (the bride) rudely, but also my family, bridesmaids, and the other professional vendors I booked like the hairstylist, florist and cake baker. The chef was so unprofessional and catty towards me, even making me cry at one point when she griped me out for being at the venue early. She yelled at me and slammed the sliding door to my bridal suite not even giving me a chance to explain that I had already confirmed the arrival time with the wedding coordinator. Then the chef got into it with my mother, telling her that we didnt pay enough money to get the service we expected. We also had to help decorate that morning of my wedding when we were told it would be done the night before the wedding, nothing was done. And that was what we paid them for! But instead my mom, my hairstylist, her daughter, my bridesmaids, and I were setting up instead of getting ready for the wedding. Which this set us all back on time and caused us to miss getting pictures of my bridesmaids and I together which I will never get. That has been the most upsetting thing, and I still cant get over that I will never have them. There is a lot more that went on than just that, but I just wanted to point out the main unnecessary drama that they caused. Instead of us getting to focus on me getting married and enjoying those moments together like you should, we were having to put up with the drama that the chef was causing. I never once got an apology from any of the staff or the owner.

There are not enough words to say how AMAZING Southwind Hills is as a wedding venue. Everything from their professionalism to making your feel as though your wedding day is as special to them as it is to you is on point!!! They are the nicest, most caring staff in the world and will do whatever they can to please you. Another cool thing is that this venue does EVERYTHING!!! Food, music, flowers, bar... even decorating! Bring them your items and they will set up accordingly. My now husband and I just recently got married at Southwind on Jan 28th, 2017, and let me just say this is the best place to get married. They know how crazy weddings can get and want to make it effortless for you however they can. Elaine and Tracy are THE best and so are their chefs. the food is also fantastic!!! We did beef tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes and southern style green beans and we have not stopped hearing how amazing our food was at the wedding!!! Seriously, sooooo good!!! Everyone sits down with you and takes the time (however long, they do not rush) to make sure your day is the best day. I love this place and I am sooooo thankful that I found them because they really did make my wedding day perfect!!! PS - did I mention there is a honeymoon cottage that is like Snow Whites that you get to stay in the night of the wedding??? It is GORGEOUS and they provide meats, cheese, crackers and fruit and muffins AND Champs for your stay!!! Seriously, you CANNOT go wrong getting married here!!! Love them!!!

My husband and I got married at Southwind Hills in September. We were the first wedding in the Enchanted Forest and would have never imagined we would have such a flawless and beautiful day. The entire process working with the Southwind Hills staff was enjoyable. They did everything to ensure our day would be amazing, and far better than I ever even asked for. The barn is clearly stunning, but the Enchanted Forest blew me away. In my opinion, this staff has thought of EVERYTHING to make Southwind Hills the best place to get married in Oklahoma. I recently got my wedding video back, and watching it made me realize there was not one thing I would have done differently. So much of that was thanks to Southwind. They took care of the details so I could focus on what mattered most. Love love LOVED working with these people and am so impressed with what they have built. I would encourage anyone to consider this amazing venue for their special day!

WOW! This place is the most breathtaking venue I have ever seen. My husband and I got married in July of 2014 and from the moment we walked in to book the venue, the entire staff was completely hands on and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Southwind made wedding planning so easy and stress free. They took care of our table decorations, seating, day-of timeline, flowers (which were STUNNING), food (which was DELICIOUS) and our grand exit (a helicopter ride!!). I cant praise the staff enough for making our wedding day memorable. I seriously didnt have one worry from beginning to end. The staff is so friendly and by the end of the process, I wanted to be best friends with each of them. On a daily basis, my husband and I talk about the amazing details of our wedding day. Thank you Southwind Hills for the most perfect wedding!! I will recommend this Oklahoma wedding destination to ANY and EVERYONE!!

We own a wedding videography and photography company and have been out to Southwind Hills many times to film some beautiful weddings! Every single time we are treated so well by the staff of Southwind Hills. We film and photograph hundreds of weddings and Southwind is by far one of Redeemed Productions favorite places to go. As a photographer, our job is SO EASY because there are so many great places to take the bride and groom to get amazing shots! Brides, you have to check this place out! You will not regret it!

The staff here is extremely rude. They started making people leave over an hour before the booked time was up. Aly was pretty much useless, she never told the DJ when to start the different segments and was very argumentative. No one I know will ever book an event here.
