I was married at Arbor Pointe a couple of weeks back and Ive waited until now to write a review to give myself time to calm down. From the second we signed the contract with Arbor Pointe we were treated as second class citizens. It was as though they knew we were locked into paying them and felt like they could behave however they wanted from that point on. Please ask around, the owner of this venue has quite the reputation in the Round Rock area, I wish on everything that I had read reviews before I decided to commit to this place. The venue is beautiful but Pat has no business being in this industry. She was extremely rude to me and my bride, in addition to a great number of my guests as well. She was stressed and flustered and continually took it out on the people in attendance at the wedding. We wanted to extend the event an extra hour, and we could tell when we brought this up to her that she was annoyed; however she eventually agreed to give us an estimate. She decided she wanted to charge us $1,000 for 1 extra hour and after all we had been through we decided she didnt deserve another dime of our money. At that point we had to abruptly end the event and rush through the garter toss and bouquet throw. The icing on top of it all was when Pat came up to me right before the garter toss and accused someone in our party of putting dance wax on the floor and telling me I would need to pay for it. The complete absurdity of this accusation blew me away. After reading other reviews its apparently an act shes pulled on several parties. At this point I finally lost my cool with her and told her to leave me alone and not to speak to me again. I was so angry with the events of the night that I didnt even want to have my final dance with my new bride and we just packed up and left. I didnt say a word to anyone for a half hour after the wedding because I was so upset with how the event played out. If I had to do this over 1,000 times I would never ever go back to Arbor Pointe. I hope that Pat decides to retire from this business or hire someone to run the place for her, she belongs nowhere near an event where people are supposed to be happy. Please do your research before you sign a contract with her. Your event does not deserve to be ruined by a person like this.

Our experience at this facility was simply fabulous!! Its such a beautiful setting, set on six acres right in the middle of Round Rock. You feel like youve driven out in the country but youre right in town! The owner and her staff bent over backwards to make sure our experience was as beautiful, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. Its not realistically possible to have a completely perfect wedding, and their guidance through the whole process was invaluable to overcome whatever issues or problems did arise. Thankfully they were small, and I credit the staffs thoroughness and preparations with that. Our guests didnt even know any problems had occurred. The staff communicated with us all along, listening and questioning to make sure they understood what we wanted, and offering suggestions to us to bring our vision to life, yet not imposing their own preferences over ours. Of course, we didnt make any unrealistic or extraordinary demands!! Dollar for dollar, Arbor Pointe gave us everything we paid for and more, and was by far the best value of any of the other local wedding venues. Their selection of decorations that are part of the pricing packages is simply astounding, and the variety of caterers, florists, and photographers that they recommend is incredible. There are enough styles among them all to suit any taste. I had been to several other weddings here before my daughters, and had always been highly impressed. One of those weddingsin the spring of last year was for a bride who obviously watched too many episodes of "Bridezilla" and thought that she was entitled to - and demanded - more than she paid for, and that neither she nor her guests had show any respect for the facility or the staff. They even damaged part of the facility and expected not to pay for it! I was embarrassed to claim know her when it was all over, but I was impressed with how the staff handled her and the rudeness displayed by her and her family. Even with all the stress normal to any wedding, my daughter and I worked very hard NOT to have that kind of experience. We were always treated in a professional manner, as were our guests. These are people with class. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When my fiancé and I first visited Arbor Pointe, we were amazed at the beauty of the venue. Set back in a cozy area of Round Rock, it had a natural feel and was beautifully landscaped. I was immediately drawn to the outdoor venue as it was in an area with a bunch of huge lighted trees and large arbor. The indoor reception area and bride’s quarters were equally as well-kept and inviting. My fiancé and I knew immediately that this was the place where we would celebrate our special day! Pat and her staff made the wedding planning process easy. She has a thorough planning guide and timeline so that no details get missed. The day-of coordinator with whom we worked gave us extra special attention as she helped us make our wedding day everything that we had hoped for. The thoughtful planning process made the meetings with my mother and me run very smoothly and efficiently. Pat even went above and beyond to help me pick out accessories for my cocktail hour that matched my color scheme perfectly—even though she had to pay a little extra for them (without charging the little extra to me). The day of the wedding was incredible! I have to admit that throughout the planning process I was nervous about what the final product would look like. Pat would always comfort me by saying that it would all come together and things would look way different than I thought they would. She was right! From the moment I saw Pat and her staff setting-up the tables in the reception hall to the actual event, I was overjoyed! Pat and her staff made sure that every detail was taken care of. I couldn’t have imagined a smoother flowing day. With all of the jitters and nerves that come with getting married, I never once had to worry about anything other than focusing on enjoying the celebration with my new husband. Thank you Pat, Elaine, and Francesca for a beautiful wedding day!

My daughter got married at Arbor Pointe this summer and the wedding was spectacular. When we went to visit Arbor Pointe we knew it was the place for her special day. The landscaped grounds were very nice with lots of trees and well kept. The outdoor area made a great place for pictures and all the memories that were being made. The owner Pat and her staff were wonderful to work with. Pat guided us through the planning and made suggestions on things that we were not sure about. Pat and our coordinator Francesca were great and they worked hard to fine tune a lot of the details so that the day of would not be so hectic. The bride’s room was large and roomy enough to accommodate all the bridesmaids so they could relax while they were getting dressed. The tables were beautifully decorated. Pat, Elaine and Francesca did an incredible job setting up the reception hall and creating the image that we had envisioned. They have a great eye and gave us just what we had discussed with them. Every area in the reception hall was picture perfect. From the moment you walked into the reception area the view was breathtaking. They worked well with the caterer, florist and baker to make sure that everything was set and ready for them when they arrived. Pat and her staff worked their magic and truly make this day unforgettable. Being the mother of the bride, they took a lot of the stress away that goes along with that title. Pat, Elaine and Francesca thank you for making this day special for our families.
