Its really more of 2.5 stars... but Ill give the place the benefit of the doubt. I was here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. If youre planning on bowling then, dont. The place is overrun with little kids having their birthday parties. This place seems like its seen better years. It just looks and feels old. The screens are the newest thing there it seems. Theyre also lacking medium size balls, in the 10-11 lb range. They had 6 lb and plenty of small ones for the kids, but then it seemed to jump to a few 12 and 14lb balls. They no longer have the computers to take care of the names yourself. You have to write the names down with the shoe size, give it to the person behind the counter and wait. we had 3 lanes that day. One screen had the names entered in but we couldnt play yet. We paid by the hour for 2 hours... the time we waited for them to get everything up and going counted against us. There were also quite a few jamming pins problems throughout the game. In our first game alone, and on our lane only the reset button didnt work and an employee had to go back behind the place and reset it at least 4 times. That was only our lane. They have food and drinks, the pitchers of pop and lemonade are steep at $7 a refil, but they do let you bring in outside food, so I guess thats a plus. We had made a reservation for 3 lanes, but they only gave us 2. They did quickly rectify that situation fortunately. I just feel like this place could use a little sprucing up, and maybe some customer service as well. When your time is up, its up lane shut down. Even if no one is waiting and you only have one frame left, and regardless of any problems that the lane itself presented... The whole thing was just a little... weird.

Horrible customer service , an arcade machine broke and wouldnt accept the coins so we told the front desk, and they were very rude about helping the situation, made smart ass remarks as they walked by my girlfriend and I. Id rather spend my money elsewhere like MainEvent Entertainment . SHAME ON YOU CROSSGATE FOR HIRING SUCH LAME AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

Great bowling and most importantly it typically is not bowling league night. Call a head and check before to see if they have lanes open on weekends. Also they only accept cash they have a ATM however there is a service fee. The bowling alley is black light lit and they sell booze.

A nice bowling alley with reasonable rates. The male bathroom was a little dirty, but nothing unreasonable. They dont have control panels at the individual lanes, so if you need a pin reset you have to go to the front desk. All in all I enjoyed bowling here, and would go back

The bowling leagues are a lot of fun. All the different teams are super nice. The experience and performance level of the players is all over the map, and that is perfectly fine. The staff is really friendly. Its a great spot to bowl.

Crossgate is the perfect blend of convenience and price. They are open everyday and their lanes and ball returns are in great shape. A great place for a birthday party or corporate event. I look forward to our league here every year.

Relatively clean for a bowling alley. Staff is generally helpful and usually friendly. The lanes act up too frequently from my perspective. Food and drink options are very limited, but thats pretty common for bowling alleys.

We have taken our daughter there numerous times and had her 2nd birthday party there. Love the place! Always clean and the staff is really friendly... We are going to have her 3rd birthday party there this year in December!

This place is a good place for bowling and et together with friends. Not a lot many lanes they have and is always busy on the Fridays, make sure to make a reservation if you are planning to go on a Friday!!

Decent bowling alley. Food and drink prices are very reasonable and food is pretty good. Close to everything and typically have open lanes even during league seasons.

terrible service. this lame employee told us that we could not purchase any games or anything after 10pm and it was 10:02...... 9:30 to 11:00 open bowl my a**.
