I play here two or three times a year since I live in northern Ohio. I look forward to the experience, challenge and the beauty this course has to offer! The employees and staff that I have encountered have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. If I were looking for a home course this would be at the top of my list. Lots of bunkers, water, ups and downs, and then you come to hole #18! The best is last...a blind shot into a narrow valley that runs your ball even further into a tree filled pit on the right, then it is all youve got to reach the top of the hill and hold the ball on the green. The nineteenth hole is quite adequate for a muni course, and their banquet facilities can accommodate about 50 folks, and if the weather is nice, the outdoor patio is exquisite!

This was our first time playing at the Vineyards (8-17-11). We had a good time till the starter drove his cart on the 8th hole and told my husband to fix his divot. We have been playing golf for a long time and we do fix not only our divots but any other fresh one we see. I dont like that at age 50 we were treated like children. Plus as a Hamilton county residents our taxes are paying for the Vineyards to exist. We did not find the staff being friendly at all. We will not return to Vineyards.

A good golf course that is going to continue losing business to competing courses because of rangers harassing golfers playing at less than 15 minutes per hole and not holding anyone up. If you have a woman or if you are walking, this is want you can expect. You are really not welcome there unless you are in a league and then it doesnt matter.

There are few municipal golf courses that can even compare to that of the Vineyard. Without a doubt, the best of the Hamilton County Parks golf courses, cheap, and course maintenance keeps the Vineyard looking great. Well-stocked pro-shop and always friendly folks. A definite for anyone looking for great golf in the Cincinnati area.

Always enjoy playing here. Course is usually in great shape - staff is very present and on the ball with pace of play, even driving around with water coolers on hot days.
