Aggressive dogs and unresponsive dog owners run amok here. Folks only rarely clean up after their dogs, so dog crap is everywhere, and un-spayed and un-neutered dogs run wild. Owners often pay no attention to their dogs, especially the dumb guy with 4 stupid and obnoxious collies who is a daily regular along with his other buddies, some of whom dont even own dogs. Many folks use this park as a babysitting service while they play on their smartphones, ignoring their dogs that are causing trouble. While we have met a couple very nice people, in general folks do not engage with each other here, a symptom of city culture, we think. I would not be surprised if I were to see a bad owner-to-owner fight here someday - the posted rules are willfully ignored. When my girlfriend has gone without me, she has twice seen aggressive confrontations between people not taking responsibility for their animals, and the group of old men who always hang out there made inappropriate comments to her. We have seen drug deals (hard drugs, not 420 which isnt a big deal) happen more than a few times in the parking lot and often non-dog owners will be silently sitting in their cars just....waiting - a bit unsettling if you are there alone. Sometimes "Dont Tread On Me" open-carry wingnuts will be there, which makes some people, including us, very uncomfortable. It would be nice of they charged a nominal fee ($5 a month?) to help weed out careless people and also to contribute to a part-time cleaner/groundskeeper.

The park itself is very nice lots of room for your dog to play. I do wish people would be mindful of a few rules 1 No children under a certain age (they have it posted) 2. Dogs must have all there shots 3. Dogs under a certain weight must be on small dogs side. (there are 2 sides large and small) Otherwise let your dog play It is a dog park not a people park

Worst experience we ever had! I took my dog over there yesterday. There are few pit bulls. One was especially aggressive. We purposely stay away. Play balls and frisbbe at the other side. After few min, that pit bull came and bit my dog! He should not be off leash and should not be at public dog park.

It is a good nice place to take your dog and some of the people that come here is really nice and know alot about dogs (dog lovers) its a nice place for the summer or nice weather to bring your dog even if its big or small

I have 3 dogs and 1 of them loves to run around, this has a huge area to let them run and the only complaint I have is that it is like a hill so the only grass that is there is always muddy

Its very cool that they put kiddie pools out for the dogs in the summer. The place was a little more "poopy" than Im comfortable with but my dog enjoyed herself

Large park; two sides for large and small dogs. A lot of space to cut loose and run. Bring a towel in case your dog takes a dip in one of the pools.

Overall very good dog park. Ive been going for years and made friends with many of the regulars. Generally all the dogs are at least well behaved.

Nice park. Plenty of dogs for our dogs to run with. Plenty of room..We come here often. We live kind of far but this park is worth the drive.

Close to home but and good small dog area. Not the cleanest of parks but a good place to get the energy out

Totally love this place! My puppy loves meeting all the dogs and running around chasing them.
