Initial check in was good and friendly staff. Got to our room and it was the wrong room, was told cannot be moved as there are no others in the type that we wanted. Yet there are hardly any people or cars here that I have seen and there are hundreds of rooms. Asked to be moved to a different room about a week later because the people above us and down the hall were so loud and obnoxious, running around, and screaming at all hours of the night and we have a baby. Yet we still have not been able to be moved to ANY different room. Then when we have a do not disturb sign on our door in the morning, it seems to be nessecary for them to be vacuuming the hall at thaf time and hit my door with the vaccum, thus waking up my baby and I which really pissed me off. I open the door and see some kid who works for them not even vaccuming, but he has the vaccum in the stand up position and its running but he is scrolling on his cell phone and doesnt even say a word when I confront him. For some reason all the entrance doors keep breaking off their hinges and it seems to take days to fix for some damn reason so I have to use the far entrance and walk all the way around and carry my child and my dogs and my luggage a mile to get to my room. On top of all the the Wi-Fi NEVER works! Here for work and cannot get a damn thing done. Called front desk to ask for password for secure network they have and was told can only use the open. Told them it wasnt working and never does, yet still hasnt been fixed. Sheets and towels I have had has noticeable stains on them and comforters are thin. Breakfast here is terrible. This place is terrible. I have worked in the hospitality business and this has all around been horrible. Stay somewhere else, as I will be.

After staying here for a week, I feel I can give an accurate review. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would rate this higher if the wi-fi actually let you access any website besides Facebook. Im writing this from my hotel room here now, however I have to write it from my cellphone using my mobile data because the free wifi provided will not allow access to even write the review. Also, the showers are a bit lacking, just a basic 1/2 bath. The rooms themselves are nice, living area, kitchenette, separate bedroom. If you like to watch TV or any sports, you might be disappointed, too me its not a big issue but its a basic cable package with HBO.

Pros: The staff is nice. There are multiple food options within walking distance. Cons: The bed comforters are cheaper than the ones you buy for your kid going off to college. Mine also had some questionable stains so they arent washed. The hotel is very confusing to get around in and it resembles a nursing home. The breakfast is uneatable and very sad. I will not be staying here again.

The trash wasnt emptied from the room when we checked in. Breakfast ran out of food early. Coffee maker and soap in room not re-supplied. Heat turned on high in fitness room and the tv only had one channel. Hallway bathroom with non-functioning sink. Another had no paper towels and soap dispenser did not work. Looks as if maintenance is being neglected. Desk staff was friendly.

Lazaek -

Rooms are like apartments, clean and well maintained. Like with all hotels look for cheap prices online first then ask them to match it. They make more money matching while you pay less since they arent paying a travel agency fee, and some hotels even give you a few bucks off on top of that.

Stains on floor and the exposed box spring. Was offered a change of rooms and the second room ceiling lights were out. The website photos deserve a false advertising lawsuit. The front desk gal did what she could to help and was very nice. I would not stay here. Ever.

The people were super friendly. The room was clean and nice. The only issue I had was the breakfast was lacking. Its a small issue but otherwise its a great hotel.

Clean, wonderful customer service. Would recommend having deadbolts to the rooms. WiFi was in and out also, sidewalks could be allot cleaner and salted.

Nice hotel and staff. Huge rooms! Good accommodations including a Chinese buffet that is attached to the hotel.

Absolute garbage! A fantastic stay if you love the sounds of Africans Jigging up the place at midnight.
