Monday February-20 Presidents day was beautiful with 72 degree weather. With record player turnout our foursome completed our round in four hours and 15 minutes,thanks to the organized shotgun start. Checking in was prompt with two registers. No long lines with a packed pro-shop. The outside grill was set up for a variety of grilled foods. My bratswurth was tasty. Drink order and payment was facilitated thru open window in bar. No congestion just a smooth flow. Greens and fairways were good.The sandtraps require more TLC. The man upstairs provided the weather. Broadmoor responded in a organized manner by dealing with peak traffic without letting us ever see them sweat. Lots of smiling customersin spite of scores! Dave Duggin

The golf course is in horrible condition. They always have an excuse as to why the fairways are dead. I predict the greens are not far behind in respect of joining the fairways. The course has been going down hill ever since Warrior golf bought it. The club house is dated and showing signs of poor up keep, the driving range is also in very poor condition. At best this is a twenty dollar greens fee course. If Warrior golf is knowingly letting this happen shame on them. Sell the property and let someone bring it back to it past playability. If Warrior golf is in the dark on this subject maybe this review will open their eyes.

Played May 2013. This course looks nice from the highway. The landscaping around the parking looks nice. The clubhouse is very nice. The course is a "goat track". The fairways are very uneven and the fairway grass is unevenly cut (if at all). The tee boxes are horrible. Trying to tee it up on a par 3 will have you going back about 10 yards to find a playable teeing ground. The greens are pretty decent. The chipping area around the greens is terrible (varity from hardpan to overgrown, uneven rough). Overall, not a great course. Save your money and try somewhere else.

Well...rates are mediocre and the course is pretty mediocre as well, but there are no public courses near Asheville with great conditions (maybe Grove Park). Broadmoor is very flat for the area, and the layout/playability is average to good despite so-so conditions and lack of wow factor. This is a popular, walkable golf course; good deal of water, average to good greens, known for being crabby in the clubhouse, but very playable.

You bet they will take your money, and never give it back. One day we waited for a hour and left. Never got to the first tee. Today, they had a tournament with folks from all over.Too bad for locals who support it all year. Asked to play the back nine, forget about it. Ten tee was open for over an hour while I hit balls on the range. Most unfriendly staff ever. Never again!! Too bad for new owners- Warrior Golf.

Had my wifes 50th birthday party hear absolutely the best experience ever. The food wait staff personal staff could not have been any better. Blair who helped me get it all together was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Broadmore for any get together and the golf course is as great also. What a great time thanks to everyone at broadmore keep up the great work

Played on 9/24. The course is in vastly better shape than it was when I played over a year ago. Every hole had grassy fairways most all the tee-boxes were in good shape. There were some rough patches here and there but for the most part the course is in good shape. I can only imagine the amount of effort that has gone in to turn things around.

Just went golfing here on 11/14 and the course for being fall was in pretty good shape considering there is a drought situation in the area. The greens were in very good condition , balls rolled nicely. The staff is super friendly and even went out the way to put my beers in a bag of ice. Im from Lillington, NC but will be back soon!

This course has some very challenging holes that make you play precision golf. That being said, an average golfer will appreciate this course as it will not induce high blood pressure. The course is open enough to be forgiving in most situations. Walkable when cart path only. Reasonable rates.

Yes, January 18th! A beautiful day on a great golf course: Broadmoor! The course is in great condition. The greens perfect. The staff smiling. What else could a golfer want in mid-winter?
